The room was perfect, comfortable mattress, wonderful breakfast, nice staff.

The indoor pool was cold although the temperature was supposed to be 28 ° The indoor pool for sure wasn't that temperature.

- Very friendly staff - the indoor swimming pool and little gym. - fruit selection at the breakfast, fresh orange juice - near busstation, you can take busses to every corner of the island for 2 euro from the bus stop St. Julian, you can also use BOLT, it’s cheap. - near restaurants and supermarkets. - decorations in our room for our anniversary! -outdoor swimming pool was cold, if better heated it would have been perfect for a swim on sunny days in December. -breakfast was more like for a 3 star hotel. The fried eggs were everyday cold, even when they brought them just from the kitchen, When told them they made fresh ones for us. - the pastries were hard and did not taste fresh. - a lot of noise from the outside as it’s a lively neighborhood but also from people just in the yard bellow our room in the B building on the 8th floor. Staff tried to give us another room but that room had view of a wall so we did not accept.

Very nice welcome, it was our anniversary and they set up the room accordingly. It was very sweet. Breakfast was good, it had great variety and good quality food. Location was great, shower cabin was big and housekeeping was lovely. Shopping mall was just beneath so it was nice to have food and stores nearby for a quick stroll each day. Bus stops were near to different parts of town and Bolt/Uber would come for a pickup in a minute or two which was really nice.

Pool was a bit small and could have been cleaner, pillows were either too big or too small and coffee at breakfast wasn’t the best but besides that, it was a wonderful stay and exactly what we needed.

I liked the complimentary local snacks provided on entry and departure in our room. Was pleased with the house keeping.

The hotel is split into two zones. So to use the pool and gym facilities you would have to go outside through the shopping centre and catch the lift on the other side

The location was perfect and the hotel was modern and clean. You have the option to use the pool on the roof top + bar or use the indoor pool with jacuzzi jets. There were many food options at breakfast and the set-up was really organised. I felt very safe as staff were available 24/7. You can also ask the hotel to book a taxi for you to the airport, and the team were always on time. I had a gorgeous room, so spacious and with lovely views of the bay. In terms of travelling around the island, there are several bus routes and for 2 euros you can visit some of the main sites - Golden Bay/Buggiba/Valletta/Sliema etc - just Google the routes you want to take in advance and check the times at the bus stops. Would definitely recommend a boat excursion to visit Comino and the Blue Lagoon as you can go swimming/meet fellow travellers/enjoy yourself - and there are various walking tours - e.g. Valletta etc, if you fancy it. You can walk straight across the road to Paceville and enjoy a dance - usually buzzing around 11pm onwards, or if you want an ice-cream/quick drink, that's all there for you. Multiple choices of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby as well.

Very good hotel with very helpful staff and clean rooms. We had room service everyday and in some of these days they left us a small chocolate sweets in the bed. Especially I was grateful that they allowed us to leave our suitcases with them and keep using their facilities even after checkout.

It wasn't a huge problem for me but it could be for someone else. It's very noisy sometimes, you can hear all these night clubs music and people who yell in the streets.

I like everything from the location, the fact that it's in the mall and also close to several restaurants and bars and the clubs too., the staffs are amazing from the Young Francesco, Lorella and the wonderful Loredana who was the manager on duty when I checked in and the amazing Albert ..it was a nice experience and I hope to stay there in my next visit

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Always checking everything was ok (maybe a bit too much, every day, but nice anyway. Nice touches from the hotel, leaving wine in an ice bucket 1 day and chocolates on the bed at turn down service. The inside pool was nice if not a bit cool, if you like shopping there's shops inside the centre where the hotel is located. The room had robes and slippers in it a nice touch. Breakfast was great, loads to choose from, fresh squeezed orange juice, fruit, pastries, cooked food, cheese, hams, and yoghurt.Even had different milks for intolerances.

The hotel is inside a shopping centre! This isn't made clear when booking it. So it can be loud. It is also right in the centre of Paceville, which is where all the nightclubs, pubs, and gentlemen bars are! Good if that's what you are there for!! The outdoor roof pool was shut for maintenance, and there was no restaurant open apart from breakfast. The noise from our room was loud on the first night, so we got moved to a quieter room, room 768. This was better. This was a superior room.

Excellent professional welcome by Francesco at reception, all staff are courteous & ready to help. Comfortable spacious clean room with a balcony, comfortable bed, excellent facilities (sadly didn’t have time to try any, the rooftop pool was really inviting). Room temperature just right, soundproof, slept very well. Situated in a mall with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants close by. Complimentary water bottle & option to refill at fountains in hotel (great environmentally-friendly idea) as well as a tasty snack, small chocolates in the evenings, all part of the welcome package.
