The room was perfect, comfortable mattress, wonderful breakfast, nice staff.

The indoor pool was cold although the temperature was supposed to be 28 ° The indoor pool for sure wasn't that temperature.

Very nice welcome, it was our anniversary and they set up the room accordingly. It was very sweet. Breakfast was good, it had great variety and good quality food. Location was great, shower cabin was big and housekeeping was lovely. Shopping mall was just beneath so it was nice to have food and stores nearby for a quick stroll each day. Bus stops were near to different parts of town and Bolt/Uber would come for a pickup in a minute or two which was really nice.

Pool was a bit small and could have been cleaner, pillows were either too big or too small and coffee at breakfast wasn’t the best but besides that, it was a wonderful stay and exactly what we needed.

- Very friendly staff - the indoor swimming pool and little gym. - fruit selection at the breakfast, fresh orange juice - near busstation, you can take busses to every corner of the island for 2 euro from the bus stop St. Julian, you can also use BOLT, it’s cheap. - near restaurants and supermarkets. - decorations in our room for our anniversary! -outdoor swimming pool was cold, if better heated it would have been perfect for a swim on sunny days in December. -breakfast was more like for a 3 star hotel. The fried eggs were everyday cold, even when they brought them just from the kitchen, When told them they made fresh ones for us. - the pastries were hard and did not taste fresh. - a lot of noise from the outside as it’s a lively neighborhood but also from people just in the yard bellow our room in the B building on the 8th floor. Staff tried to give us another room but that room had view of a wall so we did not accept.

I liked the complimentary local snacks provided on entry and departure in our room. Was pleased with the house keeping.

The hotel is split into two zones. So to use the pool and gym facilities you would have to go outside through the shopping centre and catch the lift on the other side

Extremely good location for young people , stayed with our 30 something children so there was plenty for us to do , very impressed with the shops and places to eat . Very budget friendly . No one hassled you to buy things or to go to night clubs / bars / restaurants like other resorts . The breakfast was very good , especially the coffee bar . Food and cocktails at roof top restaurant was very good ,

The beach area nearest the hotel was very dirty with lots cigarette ends in the sand , the sea water was also very dirty , and there was poo floating about so not ideal . It should be cleaned up . Perhaps there could be a few more parasols around the sunbathing area by the pool as the sun is very very strong in summer

Very good hotel with very helpful staff and clean rooms. We had room service everyday and in some of these days they left us a small chocolate sweets in the bed. Especially I was grateful that they allowed us to leave our suitcases with them and keep using their facilities even after checkout.

It wasn't a huge problem for me but it could be for someone else. It's very noisy sometimes, you can hear all these night clubs music and people who yell in the streets.

The location was perfect and the hotel was modern and clean. You have the option to use the pool on the roof top + bar or use the indoor pool with jacuzzi jets. There were many food options at breakfast and the set-up was really organised. I felt very safe as staff were available 24/7. You can also ask the hotel to book a taxi for you to the airport, and the team were always on time. I had a gorgeous room, so spacious and with lovely views of the bay. In terms of travelling around the island, there are several bus routes and for 2 euros you can visit some of the main sites - Golden Bay/Buggiba/Valletta/Sliema etc - just Google the routes you want to take in advance and check the times at the bus stops. Would definitely recommend a boat excursion to visit Comino and the Blue Lagoon as you can go swimming/meet fellow travellers/enjoy yourself - and there are various walking tours - e.g. Valletta etc, if you fancy it. You can walk straight across the road to Paceville and enjoy a dance - usually buzzing around 11pm onwards, or if you want an ice-cream/quick drink, that's all there for you. Multiple choices of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby as well.

Arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by the welcoming reception team. I had an early flight so arrived prior to usual check in time of 3pm. I asked if my room would be available, they said they would try their best. In the interim they allowed me to change in the changing rooms and I could store my luggage. By the time I had changed and returned to reception, my room was ready. The room was clean and spacious and offered a range of amenities including TV, safe, mini refrigerator, ironing board and iron. It was nice to come back to my room every day to mini chocolate on my pillow, which I thought was sweet. On the first day of arrival the facilities staff welcomed me with crisps and local drinks. They have great hospitality and this was experienced throughout my entire stay at the hotel. Location is superb as you are in the shopping mall which has a range of shops. Ensure to utilise the 10% discount in the gelato store next door and the costa coffee. On you tv screen in your room it advertises the stores you get discount at if staying at be.hotel, you just need to ensure that you show proof that you are a guest at the hotel. If you like the hustle and bustle and great night life in St Julian's it is literally a stone throw away. Cross the road and literally you are in the strip of St Julian's which has a number of restaurants, clubs and bars. George's Bay beach is a short distance walk away from the hotel. Breakfast offers a range and is located in their restaurant. I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Further more I would recommend people to stay here.

Our ocean view room was prefect, peaceful, and spacious. Throughout our stay the food was excellent and the range at the buffet breakfast was vast, accommodating most preferences. The quality of the main restaurant food in the evenings was outstanding. Our experience of the hotel staff and housekeeping was also superb - following an initial hiccup with our booking the customer care team did everything in their power to make sure we were taken care of. BIG shout out to our favourite customer care rep, Loredana!

Guests should know what to expect from be.Hotel's location. It is a large hotel within a busy shopping/party area of Malta. This means that there is a sense of hustle and bustle in the evenings which can be heard from some of the hotel rooms depending on the location of that room. It also means that the pool and the buffet breakfast can be busy.

Be. Hotel stayed here for 4 nights 29/04/25 right in the heart of the town, we were actually in a shopping mall, loads of places to eat, shop and drink. The hotel itself was very clean.Our room was so good we had an extra large bed very comfy, pillows really good..We were given an upgrade, not one but two balconies, sun loungers. As it was my birthday, my bed had lovely rose petals and balloons such a lovely thought .. Breakfast was a great variety of food. Rooftop pool was so cool,service to your sunlounger never having to que for drink was great..Towels supplied, plenty of beds , there's a terrace also up there if you'd rather just chill have nice cocktail.. I had the best ever mocktail mojito ever..nicest I've ever tasted ..views from rooftop are amazing.. Our checkout was early hours, we got phone call from reception to our room at 6pm that night before asking was there anything they could do to assist us on our early departure, as in transport or any help.I found this additional extra service very good. Also, our checkout was at 3.45am. There is actual staff on reception to hand over key cards and wish us a safe journey home, so thank you to Walid. I'd definitely stay here again.

The only thing would be the noise one night from a nearby hotel ,where there was a dj on rooftop the music was loud but it was all finished just after 12. But this wouldn't put me off. Music was actually so good, but for anyone going to bed early ,but then you're on your holidays..
