The room was big and stuff over really friendly and welcoming. It's in a very touristy place, around lots of bars, this is something to note. But it was well connected, including to the airport. The kitchen was well equipped, just missing something to dry hands with. Hotel was easy to find and 24 hrs front desk, and room cleaning went over the top.

Lots of constructions happening all around and could hear the next room neighbours all day, so quite noisy. Also the bars didn't help. The lights in the balcony don't turn off, so with the thin curtain you get a lot of light in until late. As a minor detail, the hotel was very modern once, but it hasn't been renovated in a while.

This is the best hotel with a spa in the whole Malta. The best customer service, receptionists and a lovely spa. I extended my stay here, and i felt so welcommed and special the whole holiday. Especially miss Evana made my day-/ and week by fullfilling all my needs and wishes. The saunas are actually very impressive, as i am from finland i know. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for a quality hotel with good pool, sauna and a nice room. The location is also perfect and central. I will definitely come back next year and wont stay anywhere else. Please give this hotel a chance! I recommend a junior suite or a studio. The bed was super comfortable, shower is huge, spacious bathroom and a room. I have loved every minute here. <3

The staff were absolutely excellent, they were so attentive & warm. One of the staff members was particularly lovely & actually went all out to take a picture of us girls, making sure the lighting was right etc. The 4 person room was spacious with a balcony and it got cleaned every day. The spa was beautiful & the rooftop pool was great & all 6 of us girls managed to get sunloungers every time we tried. The location is on the strip but it wasn’t very loud so best of both worlds

Not the properties fault but worth nothing: the view from the rooftop pool isn’t particularly pretty, with the cranes everywhere (but that’s just st Julian’s in general). Our bedroom smelt of smoke but it wasn’t particularly overpowering. There was a sewage problem the day we came where we had to run the tap and shower for 5-10mins to get rid of the smell but it did work. The immediate surrounding area outside the hotel is an eye sore but as it’s on a strip you can’t expect too much else and if you’re looking for a beautiful location then you’re better staying in Valletta. Even though the hotel is beautiful I wouldn’t recommend it for couples, families etc because it is directly on the strip so as you exit it’s not very aesthetic

The staff working there couldn't do enough to help us. They always greeted us with smiles and made a fuss of our baby son. The hotel left a bottle of prosecco on ice in the room on my birthday and let us check out a couple of hours late which was so helpful with our little one. The room was lovely and comfortable. The travel cot for our son was very good with fresh sheets in there as well. The pools were lovely!

The only issue was the construction outside was difficult to get past with the push chair and there were drunk people making loud noises outside at night. Not a fault of the hotel at all but I wish we had got a room on the other side of the hotel not facing the road. Neither of these issues could be helped by the hotel however, if it could, I'm sure they would have sorted it!

First night did not go well only one bed very late arrival could not change etc …. Offered another room the next day but had some delays and could not get into the room until after 3pm! Location at the front unfortunately with digging and building been renovated! Very noisy and noisy at night ( we go to bed early after a day of site seeing walking etc…. They did offer a one day free breakfast ( But we don’t eat much breakfast! ) But the rest was fine!

I wrote it above We should not have paid for our first night as it took a long time to organise and could not find a room free which we had booked Went to bed after 1 o’clock in the morning and were woken up befor 7 in the morning with noise at the front digging etc…

Large, comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff on reception. Pleased to find coffe makimg facilities in room with supplies and also to find hair dryer in bathroom.

The bar which looked well equiped never opened nor were there any coffee/tea facilites in lobby making the only options to sit in own room or go out. There was a building site next door where work started at 7 am., however the double glazing was quite good at blocking sound but it made it impossible to sit on verandah.

We got a free upgrade when we checked in. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk away from the hotel, which was very convenient for us to travel around. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

We woke up to watch to sunrise from the pool area. Unfortunately, it was blocked by the building in front. There were some construction works going on in front of the hotel.

room large well appointed, only we found not enough light wattage too low!! breakfast ample good, pool areas roof and spa very nice. location very close to buses, taxis, and hop on hop off buses. lots of places to eat from fast food to higher end

Hotel was great! great rooftop pool/ spa facilities. Was in a good location to be able to walk down to the water or have many different restaurant options( all within 5 minutes) the sandy beach and mall area was about a 10 minute walk.

There is alot of constriction going on in front of the hotel that you can hear and see. would be a beautiful view from rooftop pool if there wasnt 5 cranes in the area. The street can get a little loud with partying at night
