Very good breakfast with a nice variety to start the day right. The location is excellent, close to everything you need. The highlight was the stunning view — absolutely breathtaking!

The hotel has two sections: a new one and an old one. The older part is in serious need of renovation — the carpets are worn and stained, the air conditioning is noisy, the bathroom is outdated, and the doors and windows are very old.

There was nothing I didn’t like it really is a fab hotel my only suggestion would be to make the roof top pool a little nicer looking with some plants and trees - having looked at other roof top pools in the area that have done similar

The hotel was fine and we came and went unhindered. Rooms were a bit too hot as the air conditioning seemed to be quite weak. Those of our group who had breakfast said it was poor and abrupt staff wanted to take their plates as soon as it reached 10am. Much better breakfasts could be had in nearby cafes for half the price. We spent a great day at the rooftop pool and bar but we had been under the impression it was closed in the literature. Despite all this we had a good time and the hotel served our needs.

The room was relatively big, kept cleaned everyday - very well managed, bed was comfy. I did hear some noise from next room and of night life in Paceville through the double glazed window but bearable as I normally use earplugs. Hot drink station in the room was good, 2 free water bottles are appreciated. Breakfast was good. The location was good too. Aircon works good. Everything was good :-)

USB socket on the wall behind a kettle didn't work. Water went everywhere as the splash glass panel had a small gap to the bath tub. This is unfortunate that there was a road work going really loudly just outside the window. Duvet smelled from the previous guest maybe, I changed the duvet top to bottom. I wasn't sure how move sensor in bathroom was working making click-noise for nothing. The cocktail I had on ground floor wasn't nice, I have to say.

Lovely hotel close to the sea.Room was large and excellent with good views of the sea. Was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel.Breakfast buffet was good with a large selection to choose from.Chef also available to cook omlettes/fried eggs to order, which was a nice touch.Also available was Prosecco, which was very popular with all guests, ourselves included.The staff were lovely, very helpful and very polite and respectful. The panoramic views of the sea were jaw dropping !

Tea and coffee available in the restaurant was personally undrinkable, althoigh other guests didnt seem to mind, or didnt notice, the strong chemical taste that was.present.

I had a sea view room with balcony. The room was very big, clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. (This cannot be said about the small chair.) There was enough bottled water each day in my room. The breakfast was good, with sufficient options and relatively cheap. I was glad to find out that the hop-on/hop-off bus stops just on the corner opposite the hotel. There is a very good fish restaurant just around the hotel corner, but also many cheaper dinner options nearby.

There was nothing in the fridge, no minibar. Bathrobes must be taken from the reception against deposit. I am used to find them in the room for free if swimming pool is offered - the hotel does not trust their guests!? And, you need coins even just to take the key from the changing-room box with you! Without coins you cannot close the box with your belongings. No, I had no coins with me at the pool...

Originally I had chosen a standard/ classic double room with a sea view, the view did not disappoint. However, the rooms themselves are obviously very outdated and not maintained very well, holes in curtains and jammed wardrobes, etc. had I done my proper due diligence I probably wouldn’t have selected that room !!!HOWEVER!!!I cannot give enough thanks to ROBERTO and the dedicated staff personally, I raised my concerns with Roberto and asked for a room change. He went one extra and upgraded us to a superior suite free of charge. On top of this, he was aware of it being our anniversary and was helpfully persistent in providing the most he could to accommodate our special occasion. Roberto took personal dedication to remember our specific anniversary date and even presented me privately with ideas and recommendations to make our date more eccentric and memorable. Without Roberto I doubt this holiday would have been as special and memorable as it was. I was that gratuitous I had to embrace him with a hug. Never have I experienced direct service like this from any hotel ever. Roberto and his staff deserve recognition for their dedication to their residents and I will 1 million percent be coming back to see my friend Roberto again!

We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was newly refurbished. This was spacious with good facilities with good sea views. Breakfast was good, bar area and staff were excellent.

Air conditioning in the room was inadequate, probably due to the suite refurbishment as there was now a partitioning wall restricting the air flow to the bedroom area, however we were given a fan which improved the situation. A lot of construction work in the surrounding area, and all over Malta in general with no regard for health and safety.

Location of property is very good. All night clubs are very close , there are enough food/ restaurants options near by if you have car or don’t. They have an underground parking which is free ( you just need to take ticket and get that validated from hotel staff though it’s 3 mins walk to parking and lift does not go there, so come out of hotel and walk to back of it. Rooms are very cosy and bigger . There is fridge and 1st floor there is ice machine . Some of the rooms are see view. Swimming pool and spa are decent facilities. Gym is new and you can smell the new equipment and was not busy. Concierge was very polite and helped us keeping the stuff in locker after checking out

Nothing in particular but if I had to mention . We asked for gin / wine glasses and hotel staff was reluctant in giving them to take to room as if its really a big deal.

Ideal location for everything I wanted to do. Tour buses stop right outside the hotel; close to casinos, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and two beaches. Nicely renovated rooms, comfortable and overall clean. Friendly and accommodating staff from reception to maids. The breakfast buffet needs improvement… the way it’s set up it is exposed to people’s sneezing (a girl actually sneezed inside the bowl with raisins and the mother did nothing). Food items should be placed in a special presentation showcase to avoid spreading the viruses of ignorant/ uneducated guests. I would also like to see the kiwi peeled, and more fruit variety.

- How exposed the breakfast buffet food was to the guests germs - limited fruit offerings, often I had to peel my kiwi (it was sliced but not peeled) and oranges. - limited baked good for the rear occasion I’m in the mood for carbs.
