Best location!

Great communication from the hosts and clear instructions on how to gain access to the apartment including videos which I found very helpful. The apartment is right in the centre of Valetta (great location!!) and there is a rooftop terrace which was a lovely find (great for a glass of wine after a day of exploring). Large apartment and great sized bedroom.

The apartment (we stayed in room 5) is showing signs of wear and could use some TLC (paint and decorating). The bathroom is quite small and no room to store personal items. (In my opinion) The beds were way too soft and the pillows were uncomfortable. We found the length of the bed quite short and i'm only 5' 6" and my feet touched the end of the bed. Overall a lovely stay but with a little care these apartments could be exceptional.

Location - could not have been better placed. The apartment was spacious and well appointed and all facilities worked well - WiFi as good as at our home, fairly powerful shower, plenty of hot water, simple but effective air conditioning. fridge etc. I did not meet the owners in person, but they responded immediately to any contact by text or phone, and they provided very straightforward and useful information on the apartment, the locality and public transport.

I can only think of two very minor points and include them only for completeness. They detracted nothing from the enjoyment of the stay. 1) The code provided for apartment door did not work. In a very brief call we were given a code that did and from then had physical keys. 2) From the photo and description on the Booking.com page, I was expecting an open balcony. In fact it was an enclosed narrow balconette - but that is absolutely typical of the architecture in Valletta.

It was very convenient to commute around the city centre due to its location. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, and they responded to their messages quite quickly. Utensils and other equipments are quite clean. However, if it is possible to provide one spare towel for each room (especially for guests with 2-days stay or longer duration), that will make walking in the bathroom easier. The floor can be slippery and the old towel was soaked since the first time we used the bathroom :) but overall it is excellent

Communication with the host was clear, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that Michelle personally visited us and checked if your stay is OK. Location is perfect, 2 min walk from St. John's co Cathedral - you are in the centre but you're on a side street where it's quiet. Appartment is spacious and well equipped. Check -in guideline is instructive. We appreciate to leave our luggage in a staff room ( our departure was in the afternoon at the airport ).

it's a good idea to carry a travel adapter for the sockets. In the appartmen, most of it was British.

The location is really great. Right in the centre of Valetta. Close to historical centre, main bus station, restaurants, shops... The apartment was large and clean and had a big large equipped kitchen, tv with free Netflix and other stream platforms. On the 6th floor there was a roof terrace overlooking the city. Communication was very pleasant and clear. All instructions were given well in advance and messages on the Whatsapp were responded to within minutes. They also accommodated us with a late check-out.

The bathroom was very small and the shower drained badly. The bed was a little squeaky and one creaked a lot, which was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the small windows, our apartment was dark there was a damp smell. Small windows and wide walls may be an advantage in the hot summer months. We were there in March.

In the city centre, just walking distance in other tourist spots. Staff agreed for early check in which was very helpful given that we have a baby. Has sauna and jacuzzi but did not have time to use it.

The lifts/elevators are very small. We have to fold my baby’s pushchair as it wont fit in the lifts. We don’t even fit with our luggages. We have to do two trips up and down. Plus the lifts doesn’t go all the way up we have to go to 1st floor and ride another lift to 6th floor. The window in one of the rooms cannot be locked seems broken. Only one set of keys provided so difficult to explore the city separately as we have to wait for each other as we only have one set of keys.

I had a wonderful stay in the Tritoni apartment with my son. The apartment was clean, well organised and comfortable. It's also perfectly situated and close to all the main attractions. The staff were always on hand and gave clear instructions for how to access the apartment. They also kindly sorted out transport to and from the airport. I would warn anyone with a pushchair that this apartment is probably not suitable as the lift is very sensitive/narrow and will stop moving/sound an alarm if you brush against the walls.

It was spacious and clean. Location is perfect and very close to the bus station so you can explore Malta. Around the corner is the best brunch place ever. Just everything seemed in order.

The bells from the cathedral are too close so it is very uncomfortable especially on a Sunday (when it seems to me that they do not stop all night). At the same time I understand that not much can be done about it. The other negative is the door and elevator situation. you have a labyrinth of elevators and 2 exits of the building. Both are not comfortable. If you have problems with mobility it would be challenging.

+ The hotel management was very helpful and the communication was smooth on WhatsApp + Even if the checkin was at 3 PM, we were able to let our luggage in a designated area up until then + The apartments is in the heart of Valetta, a walking distance from the main attractions as well as the bus station + The apartment was clean and tidy, the hotel staff was very helpful upon requesting a new set of clean towels + Fully equipped kitchen, perfect to prepare a nice breakfast + Nice and intimate rooftop terrace with a spectacular view over Valetta

- The elevator is beeping loudly everytime someone gets in - The bathroom sing in the Parliament Suite is very small and uncomfortable to use - The area can be quite loud at night (i.e street performers, a tower bell ringing every 15-30 minutes) and the windows are not soundproof (a pair of earplugs are highly recommended for light sleepers)
