The location was awesome. Close to the centre of Valletta, near the harbor, close to beautiful sights. The bed was super comfortable, not hard , not soft, just right. There was one adapter for all the Europeans who didn't think they would be on UK plugs. I kept moving it around but it was great it was there, i wouldn't know where to go buy one.

The windows, all face inside courts or shaft spaces. The room i was in looked more or less like a dungeon... I wish there was some art on the walls. The walls are also crumbling, making a mess. There are no plants, live or fake. Therefore the gloomy feeling of the room. The bathroom had no hand soap. I asked the host about toiletries and towels before arrival but was ignored. There were towels 👍 but no soap, of any kind. There was cleaning alcohol in the shower. Last of all the staff would have loud phone conversations at 7 in the morning in the central court waking me up every day. Not much of a sleep in holiday 😔. I don't know if it was worth more than 100 Euros a night, which is what i paid

Loved the location. Enjoyed the property with its good facilities and equipment for 2. Loved the fact that the windows opened for fresh air and, when we needed it the air conditioning was easy to use. Liked the fact that it was cleaned to a high standard.

We didn't like the fact that the toilet door didn't close by a good 20 cm due to the door being damp and swollen. We recognised this was due to the shower flow ( which was wonderful) but too fast for the drainage. Coupled with a very long shower curtain used to replace the broken door, very quickly the water flowed over and onto the floor and lower part of door. Once we knew the issue we didn't turn the shower on full flow and this resolved the issue. We also kept the window open so the toilet door was slowly getting drier. We suspect it will all revert back with the next clients overflowing the shower tray. In all honesty, the shower door needs a permanent fix.We we're happy to work with the situation.

The location is wonderful. The view is fantastic. There was coffee and tea available.

The lift doesn't work and the stairs are quite narrow in places. The fridge compartment was full of frost. There were no adapters for the sockets.

The hotel is in a very picturesque part of the city, very close to restaurants and shops and a 15 min walk to the main bus station. Our suite, number 47, was really big and equipped with all the amenities you need. The view from the balcony onto the street is quite special.

The bed is absolutely small for two normal sized people. The shower door was broken and could neither be fully opened nor closed, which made it hard both to enter the shower (impossible if you are a overweight/mobility impaired) and to wash oneself without spilling lots of water outside. Very annoying that there is no key to enter the rooms and one should always rely on a code and a key lock to both open the main entrance and the suite door. We were sure that at two specific moments in the morning, someone entered our room while we were still in the suite. We understand this may have been for cleaning purposes but it is unacceptable to break into the room rather early in the morning (around 8.30) without asking for permission.

The room was clean and had a few extras (coffee maker, dish liquid, etc.). The location was excellent!

The room was a bit on the small side, but not too bad. The only real suggestion for improvement was that the bed covers were too small for the bed (hard to share with two people) and the pillows were hard and lumpy. Otherwise, great place.

The location was fantastic for downtown and eateries on the doorstep.I loved that it was an original house that had been renovated, very authentic. I would recommend. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were good quality, but the shower was small and the door didn't close properly.

I didn't receive the email for entry on time and lucky there were some people working there who helped us out as we didn't have wifi. Had to ask for a few things that were listed in the ad but not in the apartment, but once I asked they were delivered promptly and without any fuss. The young lady that I dealt with by email was very helpful.

Incredible air con. The appliances are all brand new and very clean. Plenty of crokery to cook anything. Great location into the centre. Very aestheticly pleasing feels like youre in Malta even in the room. Your left to your own devices and not bothered while youre there. Uk plugs fitted (this might be a Malta thing) but there was also a converter. The only door on the street with lights.

If I had to say something the window to the balcony chairs was blocked by the chest of drawers so couldn't really open and enjoy that. Especially as I have nonintention of putting my clothes in a dresser. I recall it saying there was a rooftop, but I think it was technically part of the top floor flat, that was a little misleading.

We visited Malta at the beginning of June and chose this accommodation—and we couldn’t have made a better decision. Our room looked exactly like the pictures: working air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bed—everything we needed. But what truly set this place apart was the warmth and kindness of the staff. I was planning to propose to my girlfriend and had hoped to use the rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, it was already booked. But what happened next was beyond anything I could have hoped for. The management came up with an even better idea, and they brought it to life immediately—just to make our moment unforgettable. I’ve never experienced such genuine care and generosity anywhere else. It meant the world to us. I’ll be forever grateful—and there’s no doubt in my mind that we’ll be coming back.

The location is excellent. It's close to anything you might want to see, tons of coffee shops, restaurants and mini markets around, and if you feel like getting a glimpse of the beautiful of the ocean and the island from a great vantage point, all you have to do is climb down a few steps. Despite the fact that the hotel is so close to the buzz of the city, it's actually very quiet. The rooms are basically small houses; they've got a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, closet room and even a small living room. There's plenty of space to move around in every room too! The nice cleaning stuff was present every single day, so the hotel and our room always looked spotless. Our stay was made even better by our lovely receptionist, Saffron, who was a delight in every aspect. Polite, sweet, caring and more than willing to help and accomodate us. She went above and beyond for us, and for that we're extremely grateful. We're definitely looking forward to staying at Tritoni Valletta Harbour Suites and encountering Saffron again.

The only thing that could be improved is having a breakfast buffet available and a safe place for luggage keeping. Since we checked out at 11.00 am, we had to leave our bags somewhere for the next 7 hours before we start for the airport. The only option available was a room kept for cleaning supplies, with no lockers inside. Since this room was always open and people were coming in and out regularly, we didn't feel comfortable leaving our stuff there for so long, so we had to rent a locker just down the street.

It was a fantastic old building tastefully renovated and made into lovely individual apartments full of charm and character. It was ideally located for the harbour and city centre

The suite was very nice, however, but a couple of minor things let it down. For example, there was only one hook in the bathroom for one towel ? Another couple of hooks even in the bedroom would have been useful, maybe on the back of the door! Also the hot water didn’t last very long when taking a shower. This wasn’t a problem for me as a single occupant, however if I had been sharing the room with a partner I fear the second person would have had to have a cold shower
