The whole staff was amazing, great location

Confusing to get into the hotel. Got very late as the flight was delayed, didn’t know I needed to get into a coffee shop (which seemed to be closed) to gain access to the hotel. Could have had better information and also received the access code via email

I liked the hotel. First, the entrance is in the Starbucks cafe, and there’s only a small flag to show where it is. Very convenient to the buses around Malta. A Spar supermarket is further down the main street. There’s no key; just a code to enter the hotel and room they send by email. Check the chart outside the elevator to see what floor your room is on; mine, 301, was on floor 5. The pictures were accurate and the facilities modern. Housekeeping was good.

The place was great, this little boutique Hotel is located in the center of Valletta, so close to everything, only minutes away from all the sites and the central bus station. Although it is so central our room wasn't on the side of the street so you didn't hear all the noise at night.Breakfast is delivered to the room every morning at our time of choice and every night you fill out a list with the items you want. There is plenty to choose from. The room is spacious and the bathroom big, everything is fully equipped with a mini fridge, coffee and tea maker and they fill it with coffee capsules every day,no extra charge. There even was an iron for the clothes although we didn't need it The staff is super helpful and Abi brought as our breakfast every morning with a smile( super polite) and helped us with everything we needed. It is located inside a Starbucks so you can get everything you beed downstairs. The elevator and Room are password protected so that makes you feel extra safe. We were very glad yo find this little gem to stay in. Would definitely choose it again.

There were minor issues,not really affected our stay, but the bedsheets weren't changed at all( we stayed for six nights) although we got fresh towels everyday. Most of the days some breakfast items were missing( they didn't have the yogurt for 4 out of six days) but they asked if we needed something else instead, so that was very nice of them.

It couldn't be on a better location. Very close to city entrance and a 5 min walk from the bus terminal, this place is in the main street of Valletta which although quite busy, the noise never came to our room. Also very close to any major attractions and museums and next to a big supermarket if you need any supplies. The breakfast is coming from the Starbucks downstairs and it was served in our room the requested time which is pretty convenient as we could take our time to get ready before heading out to explore.

Both mornings breakfast didn't include all the things we have requested. Also it was hard to find someone at the reception desk as I understand staff had multiple positions. Although I do recommend this place, I do not think is value for money.

Location is unbeatable, just a few steps away from city gate and the main street, room is in the middle of the building, avoid the hustle and bustle of the main street. Room is spacious and clean , modern style shower room , plenty of power outlets. The in-room breakfast comes from Starbucks at your chosen time is quite pleasant, multiple choices satisfy every one’s tastes! Using codes to get into the lift and the room is very convenient! Staffs are friendly and efficient ( Starbucks staff are also very kind to help out too! )

It took a little while waiting to be checked-in ,it could be better if we know that we can ask the Starbucks staff to assist us with check-in details!

The hotel was centrally located, right on Republic str in Valletta. Mind you, you access the designated elevator through the Starbucks cafe. This is important to remember! The staff was very kind and accommodating and Abi was a delight during our every interaction! The room was very comfy, beds/mattresses were new, the bathroom clean and spacious with l'occitane products. Breakfast was served in our room with a selection from starbucks products that included great coffee, croissants, panini, juice, fruit etc, very filling! Overall a great stay!!

The room did not have a view but honestly we did not care as the hotel was on the main street.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area of Valletta (allowing easy access to the city) and is about a 500m walk from the local bus terminus. A bit strange going through Starbucks, but you get used to it! We were met by a duty member of staff and booked in and got to the room easily. We had a room with a balcony. The room was OK on size and very clean. Apart from a minor Wi-Fi issue with the TV (which was sorted quickly), we had no issues throughout our stay. The breakfast is limited, but suited us, and is brought up to the room every morning (you decide what you would like, the night before). The member of staff we dealt with the most was Habisch; he was EXCELLENT! The Starbucks staff were also helpful. We were never disturbed by noise and had easy access throughout our stay; I have to point out that when we came back to the hotel, we entered before the Starbucks closed, so can’t comment about coded access after that.
