I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 5 nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in around midnight and even booking a taxi for us, which was much appreciated after our journey. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the bathrooms were particularly lovely — modern, spacious, and well-maintained. We had a fantastic view from our balcony, offering a lovely glimpse of the sea. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, and also close to the main bus station, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was lovely, featuring fresh croissants, eggs, toast, and a generous variety of ham and cheese. Every morning, there was always a delicious dessert, like chocolate croissants or brownies, to finish off the meal. For drinks, they offered juices in three different flavors, along with coffee and tea. It was the perfect way to start each day. However, the highlight of our stay was definitely Maria. She was an absolute gem, always brightening up our mornings with her warm and friendly conversations. She took the time to check in on us daily, asking about our plans and how we were doing. It really made the stay feel special and personal.

There were a couple of downsides, though. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, which felt a bit insecure. Also, the soundproofing could definitely be improved, as we could hear everything from fellow guests sneezing to the noise from nearby outdoor clubs, which disturbed our sleep on a few occasions. Despite these minor flaws, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for an affordable, convenient and friendly place to stay.

Great value for money. The room is like on the pictures. Enough space for two persons, well equipped, a little bit oldschool style maybe, but it didn't cause any problem for us. The balcony was very good as we've got a seaview room. The bathroom is hygienic. Maria, who does the breakfast every morning at the hotel is a lovely person. She gave us advices and guidelines where to go every day.

The breakfast is really the same every day and it is very simple.. There is only toasts, sandwiches, same cold cuts every morning, and nothing like scrambled eggs, omletts or sausages. I haven't got any breakfast at the hotel in the last two morning, as i've been bored of it. Low water pressure in the shower.

great location, though there is no real sea view. just a junk yard and a tiny square of a sea between buildings. But it's close to buss stops and the square with lots of food places. Food stores nearby. Aquarium and Sea cruise boats are within 20 minute walks from the hotel. Continental breakfast for 5 Euro - get's you all you need. Really delicious pastry!

No coffee maker in the room, only an electric kettle and cups and 2 spoons. no shampoo. they had some tiny soap bars that were weird, left stains on my shirt. No sound isolation, really. All doors need to be closed with a bang and I could hear all the late neighbours slamming in.

Excellent basic hotel for a one night transit stay. If you are looking for a cheap hotel but with quality rooms in terms of quietness, space, good beds and good bathroom, you have it all here. We were on a first floor with a room that had view on a wall but with some kind of sundeck below the balconies of the floors above. Breakfast was also OK, basic like the rooms but would do the job. Service was nice. I would not stay there if I wanted a long stay because the rooms are basic but the price was really good against what was available for the same night in Valletta in my way to Gozo.

The hotel is in the perfect location! It is in the heart of Buggiba and you can reach everything from here! It is close to the restaurants, shops, cafes and the beachfront. Relax Inn is a very clean hotel with extremely friendly staff! Maria who is in charge of the breakfast area made our stay wonderful! Always attentive (my son is allergic to nuts), giving advice on the main attractions, friendly, polite and just a great person! According the rooms- as in the photos, new bathrooms, some toiletres, a hairdryer. Pretty close to the bus station which is great because there were always seats on the buses. Worth recommendation!

Very clean and actually very well furnished and decorated. We got the room for a bargain - never would you find something so nice in the UK for that price. We had a beautiful balcony and the hotel nicely located. It was fairly easy to find thanks to the business next door.

Wasn't fond of the fact that you have to leave your hotel room key at reception when you go out but we didn't have any issues with our belongings which we left behind. Also, for some reason the hotel does not come up on Google maps which got me a bit worried originally.

extremely clean and lovely sturdy furniture and great choice of pillows. location was good as close to buggiba square, restaurants and bars and beach etc.

location...it was on busy street opposite pub and it was noisy.. it's not a hotel to.stay on your balcony all.day. but as a base to sleep and explore from it was perfect.

The rooms are as in the pictures, very spacious. You can see how they have been recently decorated, and the bathrooms are very large, as are the showers. Everything is very neat and clean, every day the maids changed the sheets, towels and cleaned the whole room. friendly staff ready to help and provide all the necessary information about Malta. Mrs. Maria, who serves breakfast, is especially warm and kind, she always checks if everything is ok, so that nothing is missing, she will be happy to provide all the information about the island and you can always contact her for anything. the location of the hotel is excellent because everything you need in Bugibba is only 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel by foot.

The hotel staff was very kind and the location very good, close to the sea and with easy access to transport lines. We had a partially sea view from the room. The breakfast good and at a good price.

The weather was changeable and I think that in Malta there is no heating system inside the buildings, so we had to use the air conditioning a little bit. The transport on the island is quite slow and a lot of time is lost on the way.

Great hotel, clean, good breakfast, worth the money

Terrible parking situation, received 2 fines in 2 days, no other place to leave the car. Wifi did not work. Bed was good but not double but two twins linked together not really well.
