This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are so professional and attentive. They helped with directions,ringing for bookings and they are so friendly. The breakfasts were outstanding. The staples were out everyday,which were great,but would change certain items. There may be boiled eggs, or churros and different cakes and fruit salads. The food was always clean and appetising. The location is perfect as it's close to all amenities. Restaurants,the beach, shops all are a few minutes away. On Tuesdays and Thursday they have started entertainment. And the rooms are spacious and have their own balcony. We thoroughly recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

It's difficult to criticise something when we've really enjoyed our time there These are whatever we felt need improving 1. More hooks needed in the bathroom 2. Fix the shower head so it faces the person 3. More storage space needed for clothes. 4. Air conditioning needs to be colder 5. A full length mirror would be great in the bathroom.

Great location. Next to a beach. Bus stops close by. Plenty of pubs & places to eat at opposite the street and around the corner. The staff were super kind and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Couldn't really fault it. The pool was nice on the roof.

Not a fault of the hotel but when in a warm place like this it would be nice to have a fridge in the room. Also, the balcony isn't very good, unless you're someone who smokes because i assumed it would be one that me and my partner could sit out on and it was not. It was very small. 2 people could stand on it and that's about it. However, it was still nice to have the door open with the fresh air and the view of the Ocean from our room was nice.

The location of the hotel is close to the airport (about 30 min drive) and close to various bus links. The staff were excellent and very approachable, the room was clean and great. There was an outside pool on the top floor, however it was still too cold for us to use early April and the rooftop bar was not open yet. Breakfast was similar every day, some sort of english fry up, with fresh fruit and pastries, tea, coffee, etc.

Not the hotel's fault, but travelling to Valletta took longer than we initially expected, about an hour on the bus each way, and that was the only annoying thing about travelling from and to our room.

I must say that the hotel is really nice. The staff is really helpful I will mention Alisa from reception she is really nice and helps me and all my family a lot. What ever you ask her she is there to help so I think the hotel is really happy to have her. They have a nice pool but it's winter so we couldn't use it unfortunately. The person in the night shifts Amin he is nice and really friendly. You can use the bus as a cheaper option to transfer especially if you are with family but it takes forever. Tickets cost 2 EUR and for kids is free.

I didn't like breakfast because there were not so many options to eat especially for that size hotel. The hotel is 1 hour and half away from the airport with a bus 🚌

The hotel was exact like in photos, even nicer in reality! The stuff was very nice to us and even if we arrived 3 hours before the check-in they checked to see if our rooms were ready and one of them was and they gave us the access to it which was very polite of them. The pool was fine, only minus is that it has few sunbeds for the capacity of the hotel. The room was very nice, the bed very very comfortable which was very good, and we even received a room with view to the sea! The appliances in the bathroom were top quality out of ceramic which was unexpected for a 3-star hotel. Also we appreciated very much the air conditioning which worked like a charm! The breakfast was good, maybe a little more variety would be needed , but again, for a 3-star hotel I was very impressed. The last but not least, the placement of the hotel was perfect! It was exactly near all the restaurants, shops and the sea. You just walk out of the hotel and you are in the middle of the action! Very convenient!

1. A wardrobe in the room would have been good as the space to store your clothes was very small 2. There were a small number of sunbeds at the pool, but the poll itself was fine 3. A fridge in the room would have been good, but it was specified in the hotel description that this is missing so it's ok.

The location and rooftop pool were great, pool bar guy David very friendly as were the day and night receptionists, always helpful and smiling. The Seaview was beautiful from our room, great to wake up to.

How about a few more open shelves for clothes or a few more hooks to dry towels etc Breakfast, wasn't the best even though it was included in the room rate, in particular the bacon was the toughest I've ever come across, not sure how you can even make it that chewy, surely when you see plates being left with the same thing left over and over you would realise something not quite right.

Our stay at Ibis St Pauls was brilliant. All the staff were very friendly, check in and out was easy, the room was nice and cleaned every day. The breakfast was exceptional, we couldn't really ask for better!

The walls are very thin, we had to complain about the room next door who had the TV on very loud. The complaint was dealt with though and we had no further issues. We found St. Paul's itself to be lacking in nice restaurants, but this is nothing to do with the hotel.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, I requested a top floor room which I was given with a beautiful view of the bay there was also a swimming pool on the roof with fantastic views of St Pauls Bay and surrounding areas. Only a 5 minute walk to the Beach and Restaurants. The Breakfast was excellent with a varied choice of cooked food Bacon Sausage Egg & Toast etc plus Cheese and various other things. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Malta we all wished we could have stayed longer at the Ibis Styles Hotel.

There was nothing to dislike every thing was perfect.

We visited Ibis Styles with family and we all had a great time there, The Hotel was perfect with a beautiful sea view room and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The Hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Beach and Restaurants and beautiful views of St Pauls Bay. There was also a roof top bar and swimming pool and all the staff were very friendly and polite and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike about the Hotel and the surrounding area.

Its very stylish hotel, in good location. It was very clean, beds were very comfortable and nice view of the sea from the room. Also breakfast is very good. Staff is very nice and ready to help with anything. Its great value for money.

As many others did already mentioned, the noise from outside its an issue. Most of the rooms have natural ventilation holes behind the curtains on the top corner, opposite balcony doors and the noise from outside comes from this hole. Also, the water pipes makes some noise, but that stops during the night when water is not used. The soundproof between the rooms is good, I didn't hear anything.
