The staff, first and foremost were the best staff I have ever come across ( and I have worked in travel and been to a few places) anything that wasn’t there or that was needed, they made sure that you had it. The rooms were spacious, clean and the aircon was great. We stayed in the delux. The pool was nice, big..but could do with a bit of tidying up…was informed by the one of the managers that they are in the process..and did witness a lot of work going on. The location was a 12 minute walk into bugibba. Go outside to the left and there is a lovely little restaurant/bar called spaghetti junction. Lovely staff. One of the staff that totally stood out for us was Caue (pronounced cowee) he was an absolute gem. This isn’t 5 star, but believe you, me…this place is a little hidden gem and once they have updated, you won’t be able to get a reservation

Furniture in rooms out of date too many ants.! No little things like tea coffee or kettle... lovely restaurant/ bar but closed early and not enough options on the menu need an a food bar down by the pool so staff don't have to walk food down from the main building.. The swimming pool is not cleaned enough, and far too many outside residents are coming in to use it. And taking the sun beds that people who are staying there have paid to use.!

The staff and people were absolutely amazing! The staff were understanding and extremely helpful in navigating and recommendations for attractions and restaurants. The people you meet around the hotel and at the pool were so warm, inviting, and great to talk to and share ideas on where to eat and what to go and see! Best of all, they spoke and understood English!!!

There were a couple of hiccups at the start of our trip, but staff and management were quick to respond and fix the issues.

Pool area was nice, rooms are ok you get what you pay for. Male staff at pool bar is really nice along with the female cleaning lady is so friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day, fresh towels on request. Don’t come here expecting 5 star luxury the rooms are old but we didn’t care for the good price on a friends trip.

The pool was a fantastic bonus and staff managing the bar was very polite and helpful, music was a bonus.. Staff on the reception desk were great , the maltease lady was amazing in helping us stay on for a few extra hours. free WiFi and air-conditioning wow what a plus rooms clean daily beds made . everyone was so cheerful will come back .

tv in our room bot working great, but we didnt want to stay on our rooms for long the lifts were a bit shaking

Really nice staff who were welcoming and helpful even tho we were delayed upon arrival they were very flexible and happy to help us. Good standard of rooms and again staff were very good (went out of their way to provide us with extra cutlery, and were super quick to help us get back into our room after leaving our key) overall very good experience and I’m looking forward to coming back soon!👍

It's not that we didn't like it, but the rooms were pretty dated need some work and more stuff new beds in some , beds need mattresses proctors and kettles hairdryers in each room pool needed to be cleaned more regularly. More options on the food menu and the restaurant used more, maybe music and entertainment in there for the evening times would be amazing!

Location was great and only around a 15-20 min walk from water front, staff were all very welcoming and very helpful. Pool was great and rooms were extremely clean and bed sheets and towels were changed everyday. We had a problem with the lock on our door and it was fixed very quickly

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The property was very close to facilities around the area and the staff was very friendly and super helpful. Receptionist was excellent with helping you to navigate the island.

Did not like idea you have to use a physical key enter the rooms. I think we’re in the 21st century. They need to upgrade the system and use either swipe card to get to the room or a contact list system for door entry.

The young lady in reception was amazing, really helpful, and always had a smile on her face. Apologies, her name escapes me. Room was spaces and comfortable. Easy access around the hotel

No kettle in the room, british people like tea and coffee, no facility at all for this. No duvet, just horrible throw over blankets Bathroom door in awkward position, bigger people have to walk in at an angle.
