The accommodation is quite satisfactory for the money we paid. The location is excellent, the coast is close as well as the bus stop. Several markets and restaurants are nearby. It suited us that we could enter the room late at night with an agreement with the staff. Ivana, who works at the reception, was there for all questions and guided us where to go and what to visit.

The room and toilet could be cleaner, there is dust on the floor so be sure to bring slippers. The walls are quite thin and you can hear whenever someone walks in the hallway. The toilet drain makes a loud noise.

I liked the location, good value for money.

I didn't like the fact that, for example, late at night, the front door was always open (just pull). This isn't safe because anyone could walk in; there aren't even people at reception in the evening. Providing all guests with the code to enter the property would solve the problem.

Flexible check-in time. A looooot of towels:) There are shower cabine, fridge and a kettle in the room. Super comfortable. I will definitely stay here next time!

Not enough light. Please add some more. It was too dark even during the day. Also, my room was next to the toilet, and I could hear the water coming down the pipes. But I guess there is nothing you can do about it

Simple room but it had everything we needed for a very good price! It was very clean, and there were also some useful things not every hotel room has - like a fridge, a kettle or a hair dryer. The room was quite big. Check-in is possible 24/7. We stayed here for the whole trip to Malta and it was great as a starting point for our day trips! There are many buses going quite often. It's also located nearby many restaurants and bars and shops.

The shower took preeeetty long to get warm. Two separate mattresses would be better than one big one so you don't wake up whenever the person next to you moves :D

It was close to the central area and shops in St Paul’s Bay and we must admit it was quite cheap. It was quite clean, however having the toilet in the same room where you stay, only separated by a curtain it’s something that puts us off. Also the sink is is very close to the bed and the shower as well. We saw this from the pictures, but in reality seems different.

There was a smell from the reception that continued upstairs, it was not very pleasant. The WC which is in the same room with us In the common toilet from the corridor, there is a window that opens in a common yard, where there are windows from other rooms, you don’t have intimacy at all. The staff was not very friendly, the lady at the reception seemed bothered whenever we asked her any information, good that the next day we left to another location.

The room was very large and the property was easy to find. The manager contacted me to ask what time we would arrive, and got the room ready earlier for us. There was helpful magazines in reception and we were given a map with key locations circled.

The toilet/shower facilities were very rusty and the window was directly facing someone else’s balcony so we kept the curtains closed for privacy.

The location is good. There are some restaurants and stores nearby which still opens in the night. Bus stops are also close to it (just a few minutes walk). I joined a day trip and the pickup location is also near to the guesthouse. The room is big and the facilities are well provided. Staff are nice and helpful. They provided useful travel information and reminders via message.

Some handles of the wardrobe were broken, but it could still be used.

Nice location, not far from the centre and the beach. Friendly staff, really appreciate checking me in earlier, around 10-11 AM.

The AC would turn off without any reasons. They explained it does need to restart or smth like that. Was a bit uncomfortable to wake up and almost sweat. In my room, there was a shower but there was a smell coming from where the water flows.

The room was pretty and clean. Slept comfortable and the bathroom was way nicer than I expected. The front desk had nice staff! I liked that there was AC and a mini fridge in the room too.

Unfortunately some guests were a bit too loud from next door and I could hear their tv on or loud talking through the walls.

We had a wonderful experience at Tarona Guesthouse The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff made us feel right at home. Everything was well-organized thanks to their efficient planning system. It's a great spot for a relaxing getaway—highly recommended!
