Location was good, very close to the promenade near the sea side, very close to the Aquarium. Food was OK, maybe to change the options more everyday as food was very similar and if you stay longer you can get bored. Bed was comfortable. Terrace was big and we had a nice sea view.

Drinks were cheap...cocktails were made using cheap brands, not original and it's not a cheap hotel to do that. We made reservations to 2 of the restaurants but food wasn't great, sushi wasn't great in the Asian restaurant, not tasty. A bit to expensive overall for what it offered.

Everything, spa, restaurants, bars, no complaints, not at all.

Issue with the air conditioning. It just didn't work for the period we were there.

the service in the Italian a la carte, it was appalling , it took us x2 hours to get x2 courses and it was meant to be a x4 course . we left ! it wasn’t good. also room 126 was tight for a family of x4 the shower was tiny and the beds way too small for a big 16 year old.

The customer service was amazing. Particularly Hadil and Lukasz, who went above and beyond to make this trip worth while. Hadil helped us plan our trip and gave us the best tips on whereto go around Malta. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking great hospitality!

The location of the hotel is very central near the bus station so you can commute easily. The bedrooms deco is a bit out dated but the room was big enough & very clean the staff always polite & friendly. Food was excellent from the first day till the end of our holiday, different choices & options to choose from very tasty 😋. Evening entertainment was average but overall I had an amazing time there.

The jacuzzi was small for such a big hotel they should have another one because people hog in there with out any thought that others want to use the facilities too.

I liked that the pool was quiet 1.00 to 3.00 pm. So a visit there was very relaxing. Also kosy bar was open during the day so we could have a drink in a non-crowded quiet room with a view.

Certain days I found it very difficult to find options to eat as garlic was in almost every option offered at the buffet. Especially during the maltese night but not only.

The staff were excellent, always friendly & helpful.Food was good ,Great location for travelling as it's very near the bus station.Plenty of bars /;restaurants / shops within walkable distance.

Couldn't really fault anything , would be happy to stay here again.

The area was amazing, the hotel was very nice.. Spencer at the restaurant was great and very welcoming.

Long queues at reception and some of them were not too friendly.

This is the second time I have visited db San Antonio in 2022 because the first time simply wasn't enough. I visited with my girlfriend, two children and my two parents - both times - and we all loved it. I find it hard to say anything bad about the place; the bar staff, the entertainment staff, the cleaners, restaurant and maintenance teams are all fantastic and take a real pride in their work. The shared toilets are kept cleaner than I can ever dream of keeping my own bathroom!I've read reviews with people complaining about the food which makes me upset, and frankly compelled to write this review; do they have any idea how hard it is to cook such a variety of interesting and delicious food for over 1000 people three times a day? Well neither do I, but I bet it's really really hard. A logistical and operational challenge that the restaurant teams make look easy three times a day. Thanks to all at the db San Antonio. You made our vacations this year especially memorable.

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and more than sufficient quantity. The same can be said for lunch and dinner. The pool area was a pleasant place to sit, have a drink, and chat.

Room was adequate but a little dated. Room did not benefit from any sunshine - the adjacent tower completely blocked it out. Check-in was a little slow , not enough people on duty to deal quickly with large numbers of arrivals.
