I rarely if ever leave a review but this hotel is amazing. The staff are super helpful and have a very natural positive and kind attitude that feels genuine, professional and calm. The food is SPECTACULAR. It is better than several 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. Four courses for 28 euros of the most exquisite food. They have a different theme every night. I stayed for a week and every night was incredible. The rooms are spacious and lit beautifully, they’re quiet and comfortable and everything is very clean. The spa is fab, the gym has good machines and the lifts around the hotel are fast. The view from the 10th floor is stunning and they serve really well made cocktails. It’s one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. I came for a solo holiday to revise and sunbathe before and exam. I felt safe all the time and the hotel was amazing. Would recommend for couples and also solo travellers who want something lovely.

Good facilities, especially rooftop swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good location if you wish to be away from the busy areas of St Paul’s Bay.

Communication could have been better, I contacted the hotel days before arrival asking about room service as we were arriving late, was told 24hr room service is available for food, however not the case. Not worth paying extra for balcony partial sea view. Information could be better about hotel services.

Property was beautiful and relatively central. Rooms were incredibly spacious and the pool area was lovely (although the bar area was not yet complete).

Room cleaning was often done late (or not at all). Quality of cleaning wasn’t great when done.

I had an exceptional experience at BWP! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the bed was so comfortable. The dining options were outstanding, especially the breakfast buffet. The facilities, like the pool, spa and fitness center, were top-notch and well-maintained. Everything about this hotel screams luxury and comfort. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone!

OMG!!!!!!! This was heavenly, I never wanted to leave. Room was so spacious, free mini bar, breakfast was AMAZING, the thermal pools were relaxing and the gym was so clean. After check out, I could store my luggage here and was welcome to continue to enjoy the infinity pool and rooftop area to sunbathe which was ideal as I had an evening flight and wanted somewhere to chill for a few hours. Staff were so friendly.

The entire hotel is very clean. The room we got was very comfortable and big - we didn't expect to be that big compared with other 4-star hotels where we previously had reservations. The indoor pool very clean, and water was unexpectedly warm. I felt so good and relaxed after spending about an hour in the pool. The outdoor pool is also very clean and bigger than the indoor one. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough to use the outdoor pool. The staff is friendly and polite, we even got a taxi reserved (not free) to arrive at the hotel from the airport; this way we were helped to avoid any stress in finding/booking a cab on our own. The breakfast was very diverse, a lot of food, fruits, deserts, different types of juice, and ...COFFEE 😁 ! We checked in quite late because of the delayed flight, but it was no issue with that. Thanks to their 24-hour reception services, you can check in at any time.

Great, clean, beautiful, new hotel. We had breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant and they were fantastic every time. The staff was polite, professional and quickly tackled every issue we raised. The location is in Qawra, a relatively short car ride away from Valletta, with multiple shops nearby. My mother-in-law's room had a great sea view, while our room had an easy-to-use, clean jacuzzi on the balcony. There were slippers and bathrobes provided, and a great, large Samsung smart TV to enjoy. A very good overall experience...

...however, there were some small things that I can't help but list. Our room was on the eighth floor, right under the hotel restaurant, so we were hearing noises late into the night, such as carts being rolled around and so on. I sleep with earplugs anyway, so it wasn't much of an issue for me, but it was for my wife. The shower cabin was leaking in the bathroom itself upon every use of the shower, so we left the "Please, clean" sign on every day: otherwise we would be stepping in puddles of water around the bathroom upon our return. Lastly, the air conditioning is a bit difficult to control: you're supposed to be able to pair it with your phone via Bluetooth, except you really can't, and the room got too hot or too cold at times.

An amazing stay at an exceptional 4 star Hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly well trained, extremely welcoming and went to great lengths to explain all the facilities that the Hotel had to offer. The Hotel is to a very high standard, higher than I have found in any other 4 star hotel in Malta. My room was spacious, modern but tastefully furnished, with everything you could need. A very comfortable bed, a huge Television to watch, Tea & Coffee Making facilities, a complimentary Minibar, Robes, Towels, and Slippers if you want to go to the Spa, a Safe big enough for a Laptop (with a charging socket inside!), a desk to work at, and a modern well equipped Bathroom. The Public Areas and Bar were every comfortable and welcoming. I even went up to the roof to see the rooftop infinity pool, it looked amazing, but on a cold windy February day, I didn't try it this time! I was too busy to eat in the Hotel, but the Menu looked very good, and the restaurant has great views,

Nothing about the Hotel itself. The immediate surrounding area is a bit run down and depressing, but you are only 5 minutes walk away from the very pleasant Qawra Promenade with a selection of high end hotels and eateries.

• The staff was always very nice; • The room and the entire hotel were both always very clean; • Very good breakfast with quality products and a wide range of options for everyone. • The room was big and they offered a lot of amenities and courtesy drinks. • The SPA was included for free and it was very good to relax, even though it is a little bit small.

• The shower was leaking a little bit especially while opening the door of the shower; • One of the elevators was not working very well and we could not go to the 8th floor with that elevator, however when we informed the staff they quickly said they were going to check and note that.

Our room was great. Clean, confortable and cozy. We had a nice balcony and all the amenities needed + more. The minibar was full at ariving and did not had to pay for that unless refilled. We had teas and coffee in the room as well. I especially enjoyed the big flat screen as I could watch my Netflix series before getting asleep 😆 and the wonderful bed. Special thanks to all the staff who was always helpful and nice: Regie, Sofi, Deepak, Nikesh, Santiago, the chef from the inside restaurant. The girls from the reception, the cleaning ladies, everyone made our stay excellent! The breakfast was surprinsingly variate and so not expected on our side. First night (and later decided on all the other nights) we had dinner at the restaurant ALTA CUCINA of the hotel and the food was delicious. Plus we got a bottle of wine on the house in our first night. We tried almost everything from the menu. Absolutely delicious! I also loved the SPA area, though the services were a bit pricey comparing to everything else, which I did not try so I cannot evaluate properly. However, the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna were free of charge. I regret I did not make it to see the rooftoop pool, although I have thought about that before leaving. Well, it can count as a reason to come back sometime soon, right? 😁 The shuttle from the airpoirt to the hotel and viceversa was an inspired choice, as we had to cross most of the country to get to BWP. What I did not realize was the difference on the timing, as Booking apparently considered the Romanian timezone, and we were actually at one hour difference in Malta. This is something you shall consider if you opt for shuttle. Luckily, I checked the app in time and everything went smooth with that too. We even got a postcard from the driver as a souvenir which was very nice. People there are very friendly and open, always willing to help. Malta was a great stay for me and I would recommend Best Western Premier Hotel 100%. Thank you! ❤️

We had a problem with the shower in our 220 room we did not expect, but the staff was always kind to bring extra-towels and slippers we needed to change.
