Beautiful hotel. Lovely pools for all. Breakfast was lovely and such an amazing choice of food. Lunch and dinner buffet same. So easy to get around the island from there. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Beds so comfortable and rooms cleaned everyday.. A lovely spa morning. Lovely back and neck massage there.. we were a family of 11 from 3 year to 65... zumba at the pool daily. Kids disco eve. And lively intertainment with the professional dancers/singers. Rooftop pool and views amazing. We loved it all.

Just a long delay in one of the restaurants one eve. 2 main courses were missed out becaise of a new young person taking the order.

Having read some of the previous reviews we were pleasently surprised. We had a side sea view room as booked. Room was comfortable with working air conditioning, walkin shower, fridge, kettle with tea & coffee and two comfortable twin beds. Everywhere was kept spotless and staff were friendly and efficient. The newly opened roof top sun terrace, infinity pool and bar is a game changer with loads of comfortable sunbeds. Sliding sun shades are a blessing. Breakfast in the dining room was always very busy but very well managed. Good selection of international items with constant replenishment. Bus stops right outside the hotel. Overall a very nice stay. Well done to the manager and staff for listening to the reviews.

Rooms spacious and clean, food delicious

Only 1 drink per person at bat which had very long queues. Could spend all day queuing for drinks. Very silly

Room was spacious, clean, and bright. Rooftop pool was really nice. Lobby area was clean and lots of seats.

Check in was a bit chaotic. One couple skipped a queue and the staff said nothing and served them despite having seen the couple skip the queue. The hairdryer in our room didn’t work, asked reception for a new one and the new one didn’t work either. The receptionist was also quite rude when speaking to me about this.

Our stay here was on the whole enjoyable. The staff were helpful and organised a taxi for us despite arriving very late at the airport. The room was spacious and had a fabulous view of the sea as advertised. We slept very well indeed. The hotel is great in terms of the evening entertainment it offers. It is also in an ideal location when it comes to eating/drinking out as well as for the extensive bus system to access other parts of Malta.

The hotel is very insistent, almost too insistent, on the wearing of their colour coded bracelets to tell who is supposed to be at breakfast and who isn't. It's a little extreme and although other all inclusive hotels do this, it doesn't need to be so draconian. Speaking of the breakfast, one expects better quality from a 4 star hotel.

This is a really big hotel but nice friendly staff help to make it feel a little more homely. Good location and the access to swim in the sea is a huge bonus. Our rooms were all you could ask for. The only downside was the balcony. We were facing inwards which most rooms are and all of these balconies are tiny and really close to each other. As someone who loves to sit out late at night and have a glass of wine etc this was very disappointing. However you roll with the punches and really everything else was spot on. A real gem is the cafe / bar at the front of the hotel. Super food great prices and fantastic staff.

I had a wonderful stay at QAWRA Palace Resort & SPA in Malta. The room was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food at the buffet was absolutely perfect throughout the day, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. All of the staff members were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The only downside was an unexpected issue at one of the hotel's restaurants: after purchasing food, I was told I could not eat it in another part of the hotel. This policy was not clearly communicated and was a bit unpleasant.

The breakfast was great, the size of the room amazing, the location perfect for travelling on the local buses, hop on hop off or taxi.

Our room 1080 had a connecting door through to 1082. We could hear everything!! the other occupants were saying an doing which meant they could also hear us, even to the point of them zipping their cases at 5.30 am getting ready to depart. These rooms should only be provided to families. It spoilt our time at the hotel to be honest and we did mention it twice to reception. I was actually able to record the people departing on Monday 16th Sep at 5.30 am because we were woken up by them as on the morning of Friday 13th Sep. They must use these rooms for people who aren't staying a full week which isn't fair as we often pay more.

Great location, the decor was great and the main restaurant where we had breakfast was very nice, bright and sunny. Loved the roof terrace and pool. Didnt use half of the facilities of the hotel - there were a lot!.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept in but was OK. The soap and shower gel provided was very watered down - should have bought my own and the sink didnt drain properly. Just needed a bit of maintenance tlc. Had to leave a deposit for safe key and pool towels but could only get this back in Euro's cash - this was just a bit odd.

A perfectly adequate, professionally run hotel. My room was spacious and very clean. Although large, the layout is easily navigated and the signage regarding the location of amenities is quite clear for those who bother to read them. Conveniently located close to Bugibba bus station itself and has stops just outside, so provides a good base for exploring further afield. A good and quite varied breakfast buffet was provided. The gym is one of the better such facilities I have seen in Malta for a hotel of this level.

At fuller occupancy, I could see how the wait for elevators may become an issue for those with mobility issues.
