Location is excellent for getting around the island, straight onto their ‘freeway’ Breakfast was substantial, varied , helpful staff, good coffee and the view is fantastic. Room was serviced every day and was kept in a good condition. Yes it’s dated but still adequate.

Pool was not, a/ warm enough to use and b/ not in a suitable location for any kind of privacy. Having read older reviews I expected the lift to have been repaired but was only working 100% on the last days of our stay. It is quite noisy but we were aware of that so …..

The staff was ever-helpful, from checking in to the deparute. Breakfast was better than average, with good selection. Very good overall experience.

The room nay have been a bit cleaner. Nothing to raise a complaint, though. Also, location may be somewhat questionable, depending on the mission and plans. It did not play a significant role to my family.

check in went smoothly. Clerks spoke English. Room was large with a view. Restaurant and bar on premises. Infinety pool was nice. On weekends offer a nice breakfast buffet.

Could hear the highway noise from our room. Some of the wait staff did not speak English which was difficult.

Wonderful location, near to airport and downtown. Beautiful ambience, helpful staff.

What was tres terrible was that francais was dominant. Most of the workers dud not or knew very, very little english.

The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when we needed anything.

It was a bit out of the the way but so were the other hotels we were contemplating. It was very easy to get a taxi to go where we wanted to go.

Ample parking, accessibility right next to the highway, beautiful pool on the top floor including a floor for lying on sunbeds, fast internet, the hotel accommodated our requests for a later check-out (extra charge) and a higher floor (no extra charge). Satisfaction with the work of the receptionists, including a 24-hour reception, which is not usual in Martinique.

If breakfast is until 09:30, all food and drink should still be available at 09:15.

The reception staff were lovely and so helpful. Nothing too much trouble

The location was isolated. If you haven't got a vehicle you will need a taxi to go anywhere. 25 min walk to nearest shop

The breakfast was excellent. Nice restaurant in the 8th floor with limited but very tasty selections at reasonable price.

The room was at the back of the hotel and the view was the rocks some 4-5 meters away. It seems that the windows were never opened so there was a kind of smell when you enter the room.We need to ask at the reception for a set of small towels since only body towels where provided in the room

The staff was very helpfull especially Roselene, who helped us with every aspect of our short trip...5 stars 🌟 for her 👌

Towels in the pool area would be nice.

What is the most great thing about this hotel? It is near a BUSSTOP line A & B towards centrum and airport. The rooms were good and the swimmingpool awsome (not big, but big enough) go a level higher and you got a small sauna and whirlpool plus sundeck. Breakfast is good. People are very friendly
