We loved how clean the property was. The staff was very attentive and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed the excursion and they had a variety of options you could choose from. Our room was very beautiful and clean. We loved how there was always something to do at night. They have live music and events every single night. The weather was beautiful in July and we didn’t have any complaints about how warm it was in the summer.

We were extremely upset with how much some of the staff tried to sell you on packages. They would not leave us alone until we said yes about something. We were promised a couples massage if we accepted eating breakfast with a sales team (not sure what you call them) and an excursion as well. Well unfortunately the couples massage was definitely not free and neither was the excursion. They trick you into thinking that if you have breakfast with a sales rep and listen to their time share offers then you will still get these 2 things for free even if you decline the time share. I was so upset that I spent my whole morning listening to a sales person just to be told that the massage nor the excursion is free. So just beware any people walking around trying to sell you stuff.

It’s new, looks stylish and modern. Several good looking restaurants. Everything is actually free. Lots if swimming pools.

They told me I couldn’t call my private car to get me to the airport, and they told they will call their taxi. I asked if their taxi has a baby car seat and they told yes. And when it was time to go the taxi was some old can with multiple seats and no car seat.

We had a better experience at an all-inclusive than we expected. The staff was friendly and accommodating and willing to go out of their way when not even asked to do so. The grounds were not super sprawling, so it was a relatively short walk to the most common areas.

The selection of food on the buffet was limited. That turned out not to be a problem because the quality of food that they did have was excellent.

The facilities were clean. The room was clean. The food was good. The breakfast buffet was the best. The hibachi and Brazilian restaurants were good also. Toro, the steak restaurant was not good. The seafood nor meats were seasoned.

This is a timeshare property so be prepared to be harassed as your checking in and checking out. And they get mad if you politely decline.

The water slides and arcade were great for the kids and they really enjoyed the pools.

Too many sales people trying to sell a membership or coupon for future travel. It takes away from your relaxation.

Everything just amazing

I didn’t like the people who try to get you to do hotels tours for other hotels and they give so called free adventures they don’t take no for a answer so I finally had to be mean and be like no just no period don’t ask again stop harassing me they calm your room at 8 in the morning and wake you up with same pitch line very annoying

Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The food wasn’t good at Los Gallos. Maybe think about extending hours at the steakhouse (Torro to be exact) because it’s very difficult to get a table there. Offer wider selection for room service, maybe be able to order from the actual restaurants for room service.

The food was amazing and none of us got sick. Fresh water was provided throughout our stay. The kids club was amazing, the kids had a blast.

Quiet pool and Fun loud pool ....take your pick 🥳

Spa was ridiculously expensive.....only one atm on site and when it wasnt working i had to go to NOBU next door

Great staff, they had good drinks, food was great, water was from the bottle, no issues whatsoever.

Far from marina and cabo downtown which makes it hard and expensive to do other activities.
