This place is great value for your $, the apartment is very spacious with a nice view to the ocean. I think it's more ideal for long term stays, as it has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The staff was very communicative and friendly and they even accommodated several of my special requests. I would stay here again.

The location is not ideal, as you have to pull straight off of a busy highway to enter the property and it is not easy to access the beach. If you love ocean swims, this might not be the best place to stay. I would recommend staying closer to Medano Beach if you want easy access to a good swimming beach.

We just loved everything about it! Staff was great! Amazing cozy apartments, beautiful view! Great location. Comfortable beds. Great AC. Beautiful pool and deck. It’s amazing we would love to come back and stay here for 2 weeks. There is also like a 7/11 style place down stairs, a pizza spot and 2 Mexican and coffee shop downstairs. Everything is brand new and super nice.

It’s easier if you have a car but we Uber everywhere and it was great! And super affordable

the apartment is very modern and nice. Comfy bed and a lot of space. Apartment has a laundry/dryer so keep your luggage small. Nice airco system. Apartment although low has sea view in the middle of the huge resort in front. There is a nice terrace on top of the other building with jacuzzi which has a greater view. There is a reserved parking with 24/7 guard and check-in is a breeze since he just handover the keycard. There is a small Oxxo just under the apartment which is convenient as soon you are there.

we tried to extend our stay for few days but we didn't get clear replies. There is a reception in the parking garage but we never seen anybody there. The location sits on a main high speed road and it's bit noisy in the balcony There are exactly 4 kitchenware set items for the 4 pax

The apartment is super clean, slick, modern, and has everything you could need for your stay. The premises are extremely well kept. Enrique is excellent, so helpful and knowledgeable, and provides an extremely high level of service. You feel safe as it's a guarded apartment while feeling comfortable like you are at home with all the amenities you need. Can't say enough about how happy and satisfied we are about Marella Cabo

We wish we could have stayed longer

An absolutely amazing huge apartment that suited our needs perfectly. Everything we needed was there, my only small gripe would be the lack of hangers in the abundant number of wardrobes, don't think i've ever seen so much storage space! A lovely outdoor pool and an amazing roof deck with four hot tubs made it even more special. Would not hesitate to return.

Didn’t like the couch we had in our room but that was the least of our concerns.

We loved it! Everything was nice and beautiful. And comfortable. The view is amazing. Very convenient the OXXO downstairs.

The location was the only downside to this very nice condo. You will need a car to get anywhere including the beach. But the room and the amenities was very nice. And there is a great view of the sea.

Location, it would be great to walk to the beach but it just wasn't an option.

It was absolutely amazing. We wished we could have stayed longer. Super clean, private parking, very spacious. There is a supermarket at the entry and a burrito place with one of the best burritos we ever ate. To be mentioned that a car it’s required to move around.

Noise from road but we knew the location when we made the reservation and we were very glad the staff helped us with best location possible.
