The grounds were lovely. The pool area is clean, the plants are well taken care of and in bloom. The atmosphere is quiet.

I did not like that the pet fee was not disclosed when I booked. Most hotels will say pet friendly with a fee of xxxx. This simply said pet friendly. Usually that means no pet fees.

Clean, quiet, lovely pool and garden, excellent breakfast.

Hot water was intermittent. Given origin of many clients, rudimentary English skills for front staff would help. Location just a bit outside the central touristic area, but still walkable.

First of all, the receptionist had the patience of a saint as 3 elderly ATVers took up about 20 minutes of her time, while a line had formed, because they wanted to be sure they could see their precious vehicles from their room, for which she had to accompany them. Then they took more of her time trying to make sure she charged each of them 1/3 of the 2 night charges! The room we got was beautiful, everything worked well, we were able to drop off laundry and pick it up in 2 hours.

The breakfast buffet, now that we have to pay 450 pesos for 2. could have been better. We’ve had better buffets for less here in Baja.

Nicely appointed. Beautiful courtyard with small/medium sized swimming pool. Great breakfast.

Hot water was not very hot. Glide path to Loretto Airport seemed to go over hotel - Good news was that only a few flights each day land there and none at night.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean. Also the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Parking was behind the hotel in a secluded dirt lot and the bed was too small and too old … squeaky and very uncomfortable.

Staff was wonderful…location is perfect. Very clean. AC! Secure parking in the back of hotel. Boys enjoyed the pool! Muy amables y atentos, buen precio y locación.

No small fridge in the rooms BUT you can use the lobby’s and the staff was very nice in accommodating our need to keep a few drinks!

The courtyard and pool area surrounded you with beautiful landscaping. There was plenty of comfortable seating. We really enjoyed having breakfast under the pergola. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous.
