Best hotel in Loreto! Great location, wonderful ocean views, super friendly, incredibly nice staff, nice restaurant, welcoming lobby, Starbucks on site, able to book excursions right from hotel, super helpful concierge, lots of nice restaurants within short walking distance, short walking distance to boat excursions (so perfect location), saw amazing moon rises every night

Wifi in room didn’t work well (but staff came and added an antenna and fixed it!) cars parading on street in front of us with music blaring until late night, sun rises on rooms facing ocean and curtains aren’t black out type (so bring eye covers!) But despite these things we’d all gladly come back

Great location near the marina and center of town. Rooms were clean and large. Fantastic swimming pool and bar. Agustin Cesena Redona at the Front Desk was very professional and helpful--he set up our airport shuttle transportation. I was able to meet him at the Hotel--he is a great person to have on the Hotel Staff.

I don't have any negative comments, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were very spacious, beds amazingly comfy, large balcony overlooking the pool, bar and Sea of Cortez was wonderful.

Wish the wood fired pizza restaurant/bar would have opened early enough for lunch (it didn't open until 2 pm and we had to leave before then).....the pizza looked so good! Also, I wish there was drinking water in the rooms....most places in Mexico come with a big water jug/dispenser but this one didn't. Perhaps it's ok to drink the tap water at this hotel, but that's unusual....so we didn't risk it.

The hotel is in a great location with friendly service and lots of options in the hotel and locally for drinks and dining. The view across the Sea of Cortez is just beautiful and the balcony provides a great place to start your day as the sun rises over the horizon.

There is a little noise, from the echos in the corridors and the restaurant underneath our room but nothing drastic.

Only thing my Brother and I didn't like was we had the maintenance come into our room three different occasions and they couldn't adjust our air-conditioning to a warmer setting.We FROZE . The visit was very nice otherwise . Javier was the BEST all around employee He made our stay that much better

wellness: full body massage-legs were pretty much forgotten; pedicure only 12 min., whereas staten for 1 hr. Finally even had to discuss erroneous wellness treatment of other people (who had paid cash) on my bill (check your bill !!). Starbucks coffee terribly expensive! Shower water just barely warm. And no matter your request or suggestion: personnel and particularly the manager keeps pointing out it’s your mistake, you don’t understand….. Personnel definitely needs training on customer service communication!! No matter how lovely the location and room, quality-price is outrageous due to latter. Better check of there are better hotels in Loreto.

Great location with ocean views. Easy walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. The bar had good cocktails - one of the better mezcalitas that we had in Loreto. The room was spacious, and the showers were nice and hot (something that wasn't very consistent at another place we stayed at in Loreto).

Nothing

After a long day on the road, this was a perfect luxurious respite. Very clean, beautiful views on the ocean, quiet and safe parking - I was able to park my car out front and see it from my balcony. I also very much enjoyed being able to have coffee as part of the room service.

No complaints. I hope it doesn't increase in price though - it was a splurge.

Location is great. When we need accomodations we go to Le Mision first....It's luxurious.. expensive but a treat

We would like a small fridge....even for a small fee.Even some ice. I had leftover food that was spoiled due to no refrigerator. Having a drink in the room...while getting ready for dining would be nice.

Front desk workers were not very welcoming. We had to approach them to check in. Checking out they were not organized and couldn’t locate needed paperwork for us and other guest. Showered at 6 pm to no hot water
