Location for an early flight is great. Shuttle to airport available on request - no need to book a seat for a specific time. Breakfast is included in the room rate and choices range from fruit platter to pancakes to egg dishes. We had a good huevos rancheros.

At check-out, they ask you to wait while someone goes to check your room. Perhaps they have had problems with guests taking towels or damaging something?? I have never had this happen at a hotel and was a bit taken aback by it. That said, I'd stay there again if I needed to catch an early flight.

The check-in was smooth and simple. The room was large and clean. It is a very good value. The proximity to the airport is unbeatable. 3 mins by car, at most. And surprisingly, I never heard any planes! I had a peaceful night. Very nice shuttle driver. The onsite restaurant was good for breakfast.

I can honestly say that I have nothing that displeased me. I was a very agreeable stay.

Convenience of being close to the airport and 24-hour free shuttle service. Accommodating staff in the restaurant ...when we asked to order a light meal from the breakfast menu on our arrival at 9 P.M. The included breakfast was a selection of more than 6 items, both Mexican and "Amerixan" meals. Highly recommend this hotel if you need anything overnight stay .

super close to airport, free shuttle, right across the road from car rental drop off, free yummy breakfast, restaurant food was good, service was exceptional in restaurant, pool was clean, no sound from airport even though it was right beside hotel, 30 second walk to Oxxo

Walking distance to the international terminal but use the free shuttle. Good restaurant for dinner or free breakfast. Very new and well-appointed large room. Nice little pool where I hung out until the 3pm check-in time. Bilingual staff was nice.

Ice is from the kitchen only. No mini-frig or microwave inroom. Didn't need it but just FYI. Really nothing to complain about because it's very nice.

We stayed here when our flight was cancelled. A shuttle picked us up at the airport and the ride took literally just a few minutes. The room was comfortable and the restaurant was decent, with food and drink costing less than half the price of restaurants at the airport. Because our rescheduled flight left early next morning and there were quite a few other stranded passengers, the hotel opened it's restaurant for breakfast at 05:00, two hours early, which we really appreciated!

Everything was good. Probably the most relaxing stay we've had in an airport hotel anywhere.

Good friendly staff, quiet, very close to the airport, within walking distance. Has a shuttle. Restaurant on site, dinner was good, good portions and reasonable prices.

Difficult to find the access, gate has to be opened manually which may not suit everyone. The included breakfast was average.

Staff were super rude. We arrived 1/2 hr early and we’re prepared to wait but the staff were so rude about it. Then they only allow a max of 3 occupants even tho the rooms have 2 double beds… if it’s ok for one bed to have 2 people why not the second? Oh because at the desk then they upcharge you $40/ pp… just a bit of a scam…

For the breakfast you sit down and order from a menu. The service was good, food acceptable but not memorable. The orange juice was Tang. Great location if you want to be close to the airport. Decent fish restaurant and an OXXO within walking distance

I showed up well before check in time and they told me that I couldn't get in until 3pm. Shortly before 3pm I saw others checking in. The receptionist said that they had paid for early check-in. They didn't offer me this option...I would have paid for it.

It's an airport hotel - it was very convenient to the airport. Generally airport hotels aren't anything to get excited about, but this one was very nice. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, from checking in, to the bar tender. It feels pretty new, but even still they were repainting some of the common areas while we were there. They are definitely keeping it fresh feeling.

It's conducive to staying close to the airport, but of course, it is not near the resorts or beaches of Cabo.
