Close to town without being in town. Walking distance to most everything. Very friendly helpful staff, on-site restaurant and bar is 5 Stars! Above and beyond to accommodate food sensitivities, top quality ingredients. Gorgeous rooftop views and pool. Numerous restaurants and Thursday art walk right around the corner

Evening Street noise and weekend parties were loud. We had a room right on the street, even though we asked for a quiet room. They might have moved us if we had asked, but we were all settled in by the time we realized. Ear plugs worked well. Pool work some time to warm up in the morning.

The staff were accommodating by switching our room when I complained that the location of our room was not consistent with our booking request. After that, we were happy with the new location which wads quiet and had a great view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. I also like the charging drawer for our devices and there was lots of storage.

The water pressure was sporadic in the shower and the hot water took a long time to heat up considering each room has its own boiler. I also think the room should have a dimmer as all of the lights are very bright and the AC is a bit noisy.

One year old modern hotel on the edge of town square. Steps to shopping, cultural attractions, restaurants and bars. Wonderful pool deck with 360 views. Good sized pool. Lots of loungers with umbrellas and cabanas. Roof top restaurant has not been created yet. Great room. Large washroom with massive shower. We'll equiped kitchenette with induction elements and 3/4 fridge. Storage wall with full pull-out drawers. Make contents of 2 suitcases and 2 carry ons disappear. 50% discount on the entrance fee at a nearby beach club at a flat water lagoon offers a Beach Day option. BEACH Photos are from this beach club. Interesting Dutch door to the room. Fully secure when closed. It takes imagination to discover a use for this feature.

Very little. Pool towels are available at front desk. They are recorded but ptcked up by housekeeping is. Not a big issue, simply collect replacement at front desk.

The hotel/room was gorgeously decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The roof top pool was very special with great views. Our room faced the square. There was a bit of noise but it didn't last too long. We were able to sleep. It was a great location with the square a block away. It was close to lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly. One morning we made use of the free bikes with helmets. The beach was a nice 20 minute walk away.

The mattress was a bit too soft. The noise bothered us just a bit but they provided some ear plugs if needed. We would have appreciated a door for the bedroom. It was divided from the main area but a door would have made it nicer.

Beautiful property! The king sized bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The kitchen was fully stocked with clean, matching items. There is a ton of space on the rooftop, with comfortable seating, lounging areas, bathrooms and a nice little pool. The pool was very cold so not enjoyable for swimming but adequate for dunking feet on a hot day.

The location is not great. The road is extremely loud and not a lot of thought seems to have gone into sound-proofing. Many, many sirens in the night. Our room was between the lobby and the bar so noisy through the door as well. It’s such a beautiful facility that it’s too bad the road noise is so prevalent. It might be a bit quieter above the ground floor…? Having proximity to the square/old town was a bonus. Good walk ability to shops and restaurants.

The beds were excellent, we had requested a King bed but on arrival we were put in a twin queen bed room which left less space . However having a word with the manager this was corrected after 2 nights stay and we moved to a quieter king room on the 4 th floor. I don't think the rooms are serviced every day which was ok by us but some guests do like daily serviced apartments.

The rooms at the front of the hotel are on the main road and sound insulation is poor but they do provide ear plugs in the rooms!

First of all, the hotel is beautiful and well-kept. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room itself was beautifully furnished and comfortable. Hotel staff kept in touch throughout the stay via the Booking.com app to ensure we were enjoying our stay and offer their assistance. It was a good location as well, right in the city center near plenty of restaurants, stores, galleries and the like. Not very close to the beach, if you're looking for more of that sort of vibe as the beaches are predominantly in San Lucas. Worth the stay even then, transportation to and from is fairly cheap and the area has a more laid back atmosphere which was relaxing and enjoyable. Hotel Restaurant Salón Noción was top notch for breakfast but there are plenty of options that are more worthwhile for other meals. Still worth a visit, though!

The only slightly irksome thing during our stay was the fact that the hallway lights stayed on overnight and were super bright. This wouldn't have been an issue if the top half of the door wasn't a translucent frosted glass panel as this meant that the room was never completely dark while we tried to sleep. We used some towels to help dull the light after seeing another guest do the same and that worked just fine.

We regret not choosing this hotel from the start instead of opting for an all-inclusive! Newly opened in late 2023, it boasts a stylish and cozy ambiance. The décor is tasteful, and its prime location overlooks the main square, mere steps from art galleries and top restaurants. A rooftop pool with cabanas, beach towels, and great views enhances the experience. Our room featured a well-appointed kitchenette with LG appliances, including a blender and all necessary amenities. The hotel's bar and restaurant are also excellent, complemented by exceptionally professional and courteous staff.

This facilities are very well maintained. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was unusually big. The room was facing the road, so we were able to hear the outside traffic from the outside. But we easily fixed it with ear plugs. The hotel is located beside the restaurant area. It is about 300 meters from the closest restaurant. We enjoyed enormously the restaurant “Ruba’s” that one of the staff recommended to us. The parking is underground, which is a big plus.

Such a helpful and warm welcome on arrival and also every time we passed the desk- better than other more expensive properties we stayed at. The room was perfect for what we needed and we were very comfortable and enjoyed the kitchen and being able to watch Netflix. The only thing I'd mention was that as two people With big bags- there wasn't a lot of space for bags! Can't fault anything else. Would absolutely recommend or visit again.
