I usually camp out, to save money, but I splurged to celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at the "FANTASTICO" Hotel Hacienda Santana... I was so spoiled that I returned 5 days later to celebrate my 77th Birthday!! And the Staff treated me like a VIP!

The only little thing in the world that I would recommend changing are the Maid Service signs which are too large to allow closing the room door?

I liked the room, clean and comfortable bed.

Carrying by myself luggage upstairs. They do not have elevators. The parking lot on the side of the hotel does not have concrete, is not well illuminated, is far from the hotel's main entrance and I did not saw any security personnnel around. I arrived late night and felt not secure, but asking to the front guard at the entrance, he kindly look for a place to park my car in front of the main parking lot..

Very beautiful property and hotel. Secure parking. Restaurant on-site. Great mini-bar in the lobby. Nice buffet in the morning. The architecture inside is like an old Spanish monastery. Beautiful view toward the west. Patio lounge area is lovely. Quiet and calm. Lovely staff.

Maid Service signs too wide for door closing?

Beautiful colonial architecture style property. Breakfast was included. It was light, yet satisfying and tasty. Rooms were spacious and clean. There is also a restaurant in the property. Location was great. Second time staying here and it won’t be the last!

The (male) staff can try to be more friendly. Specially the man serving the breakfast :(

We enjoyed the hotel design, decor and historical photos. The friendly staff welcomed us (and our dog!) and helped us get a quiet room upstairs away from the main road. Rooms very clean and comfortable! Nice cactus garden and place for dog to run.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well furnished, and exceptionally updated and beautiful. They are pet friendly. Parking was ample and we were able to park right outside our room doors.

It was a little difficult to find at first so I guess the signage could be better. The hotel restaurant was closed but that was due to COVID 19 so not the hotel's fault. There weren't many restaurant options near the hotel though.

Breakfast was OK

The uncarpeted floor in the room felt cold since we didn’t have slippers. The shower drained very slowly so we were standing in two inches of water.

Quick check in, pleasant and friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, AC worked great, great breakfast, good towels. Enjoyed our stay!

only one pillow for each of Us and wish that they would have extra pillows for Us
