Good location. 15 minute walk from the centro historico. Comfortable bed. Clean room and lobby. Friendly staff. Very responsive. When we asked for something, they were very quick to respond.

The Wifi in the bedroom was very slow, which is a shame for a hotel of that caliber. The technical staff was not able to get a better speed but directed us to the top floor lobby which had a faster wifi.

Good location, about 20 minutes walking distance to the church and main attractions. Clean and spacious room.

Everything was great, the only thing was the receptionist at the morning kinda had an attitude, could improve. The rest of the staff was great.

My room was right next to where the tour buses parked and they would be noisy at night and in the morning!

La Casona was a very good experience. All the staff is super friendly, and everyone attended to all our requests. Breakfast was delicious!

Staff very polite and helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant next door with very good food and drinks. Outdoor patio at the restaurant for a beautiful dinner setting.

There were some noisy customers running up and down the hallways, very loud talking and being confrontational with their own group of people that staff on duty didn't tell them to lower their noise, had to call front desk to let them know to please have those people to be quiet. When the noise became louder and louder, staff in duty those nights should have done better by having those group of people to quiet down.

We were there for a wedding ,hence we had booked the halls and many room. But one of the guest requested 1 xtra coffee and we were flatly refused.Little bit more customer service and smile would go long way.

In general it was good, however at 9:00am started a very loud music right outside our front door and continued non-stop at least until the checkout time. It came from an event hosted by the hotel.

Staff were all helpful and friendly. The place is always maintained so no complaints on cleanliness. The sitting area just outside of the rooms was very much needed if you just want to chill. Gives you the space and the feeling of confinement inside the room. It has a living room effect.

The bathroom area. It is always kept clean but then there is this mushy odor....sign of either a leak somewhere or just dated pipes. The shower stall can be improved. I hate taking a shower and water does not drain fast enough that you are standing in a pool of water...and I want my feet feeling clean as you shower instead of soaking your feet with soapy (my mind thinks unclean) pool of mushy water.

I love everything about this hotel, staff, it’s location, the food around it! absolutely everything.
