Super nice owner/manager, perfect small room for two people who need a place close to the airport. Good internet. Safe, easy private parking. Nothing fancy, nothing missing. There is a refrigerator, but no microwave, and they do have a small restaurant for dinner. Absolutely reliable shuttle to the airport at any time of day or night!

Really, nothing. I don't know how they sustain it for the price, but they do a great job.

We have a triple room and it is very spacious. It has 2 full beds in the living room and a queen bed in separate bedroom. Lots of cabinets for clothes storage. Closet for hanging coats/jackets. The room is very clean and it has only 1 chair and no desk. Very bright room because we had the room upstairs with 2 big windows and we liked it. The bathroom has hairdryer and soaps. There are many breakfast places and bakeries within 1 to 2 blocks walking distance. Excellent service staff at the front desk and they speak English. There is a young lady and we think her name is Monica and she let us check in the room at 10:30 AM (thank you for your great service). It seems like the property is a guest house and has 10 rooms (5 rooms in each building, 2 rooms upstairs and 3 rooms downstairs). There is parking lot inside the property for cars if you drive your own (FREE parking). We took the Uber and it cost $1,100 Mexican Pesos ~ $55 USD from Queretaro Airport to San Miguel de Allende for 3 persons in a small sedan car (the ride was approximately 1 hour 20 minutes with traffic). The hotel gate is open from 8 AM to 6 PM and after that you need to ring the bell to get in. The front desk is 24 hours service. We feel very safe walking at night from the Centro/downtown to the hotel (most of the roads are cobbles, and very beautiful town).

The property does not have breakfast service. However, there are plenty of breakfast places just 1 or 2 blocks of walking distance from the hotel. You need to wait at least 1 to 2 minutes for the hot water to come out for bathing or brushing your teeth (so please be patient). No safe box and tissues in the room. Also, there are no heating and AC, it has only 2 big fans. We felt comfortable sleeping at night because it's December. On the morning it's cold and the temperature dropped down between 38F and 42F every day and we stayed here for 3 days. It is roughly 1.1 miles walking distance from the hotel to Centro/downtown where the main church is located (took us 12 minutes to walk there which was fine on the morning or at night).

The shower water flow was sort of small and the toilet did not work well. It's not a big problem for just one night.

Nice little place. Close to the city square. It’s a bit of a walk, but there is lots of shops and restaurants as you walk by. Very safe area. Room is big and everything work. No breakfast but had good coffee.

Easier tv controls

Great little casa and room in a cool area of town with walking distance to the Allende brewery. Clean, comfortable, nice staff and good coffee in the am.

A nicely designed hotel in a good location. Very friendly and especially helpful staff. They printed off things for us and were generally just really good people. Free tea and coffee in the morning. Flexible with checkout time, much appreciated.

The one problem this hotel has is room noise insulation. Also there are some rooms right next to reception. I was very glad to read a previous review advising to ask for a switch, as we were initially allocated one of those rooms. Don't let that put you off too much though, it's a very nice hotel.

The location is great, close to many restaurants and attractions. The room was big and comfortable.

Great location in beautiful part of city. Restaurants all around the area. Staff was wonderful and responsive to our needs. I will definitely stay there again!

Great location! Pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the center on the city and lots of excellent dining options nearby. The hotel is pretty, pleasant and comfortable

Very low water pressure in the shower

It's nothing like advertised. Very old little amnities. Very loud at night. Curtains are poor. Daylight shines in at 6 am. Stayed out late one night and got locked out
