Very nice location with a garden view, walking distance from the city center as well as restaurant corridor on the south side of town. Contactless check-in was fairly painless. Nice clean place, quick responses from respectful staff. Finding street parking was not too difficult.

Privacy is an issue: there is no sound-proofing, you can clearly hear people in their rooms and out in the hall. Perhaps that is a reason why there's no TV in the room. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

The room was very comfortable with plenty of space and nice decor. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many beautiful buildings. It was nice to explore this area.

There was hardly anyone at the reception desk. We were sent instructions to check in ourselves, but I was hoping to change the card I made my payment on at some other time. However, the only people we saw there were the cleaning staff. The rooftop was locked most of the weekend. I felt for the price paid, I would have liked to have someone working reception.

The place is super updated, clean comfortable, nice, we got a room with lovely balcony, the staff super kind and they answer super fast, is you are okay walking this is the place for you but if you have family that don’t like to walk it’s better is you get something closer to the Main Streets.

Location good for our needs. Rooms bright and good window size. Rooms nicely and simply furnished. Text response from Hotel was good especially if Cesar was on duty.

Shower not hot. Room should be made up every day without asking. Absence of staff on arrival. Double occupancy should mean 2 keys.

This is a clean, quiet well located hotel with a top notch staff.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Although it was the only thing I disliked about this wonderful little spot it is kind of a big deal when you can’t get a good night’s sleep.

My only complaint was that nobody told me how to get into the building. There was a code but no instructions on how to use it. If I had arrived at night I would have been locked out. Fortunately I knocked on the door and someone Answered it.

Lovely 10 bed property about a 10 minute walk to the centre. It backs onto a lovely small park. The rooms are all very comfortable with a fan and the showers are the best I have had in Mexico thus far. Staff are extremely helpful and communication is prompt and easy. There is a coffee making machine in the communal area and some interesting travel books to read. They also own a larger hotel with a wonderful terrace about a 4 minute walk away. If you stay here and wish to eat locally there are many options within a few minutes walk. I would especially suggest a small daytime restaurant called ‘Kit Kat’ which is around the corner from the hotel. It is very nice.

Nothing of note. Entry is by key code which can be fiddly it is difficult to see the numbers. You also get an individual room key. It would have been nice to have had access to some purified water many hotels offer this.

Check in was a bit difficult as the directions were not clear on how to access the combination lock Would have liked a mirror in the general area and not just the bathroom.
