The staff were very helpful and attentive. We decided to buy the hotel breakfast, and while pricey, it was absolutely delicious with many options. The location worked well for travel from the airport.

It seemed like the communication between the hotel and booking site wasn't that clear. We were under the impression that the hotel had an airport shuttle so we could use that to get to the hotel, but we found out it was only for return trips to the airport.

The A/C is fantastic, given the hot temperature in Acapulco. The beds and pillows are great. The Black out curtains are very good. The TV has a great selection of channels

I understand that check in time policy is 15.00 Hrs, and arrived around 10. There were rooms available but reception staff, which is very friendly, asked for an extra payment of $700 MXP for early check in. This is not appreciated. Location is not bad, but could be better closer to the beach.

no beautiful views. price a little high. rooms a little small. too far to ocean and Acapulco bays and downtown. need car to get around because not much within walking distance.

This is the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. Very new construction, well appointed with art work, furniture, etc. Very clean, helpful staff, and food in restaurant was better than I expected. Good value for the price and is 7 minutes from Acapulco airport by shuttle or car. The hotel's shuttle to airport seems to run every hour on the hour.

Nothing I disliked. This facility approaches at least a 4 star hotel. Great location for overnight stay if taking a plane next day from Acapulco. Located far from downtown and beaches of Acapulco. A taxi into town costs about 350 pesos and takes about 20 minutes.
