The hotel is very clean. The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the pool area with the gorgeous views.The balcony had an amazing view to the ocean. Has a private beach just in front of the hotel? Which was so beautiful and helpful, not far from the hotel. There's a lot of sports activities. Water activities like jet ski para sailing and banana boat. The hotel it's centrally located and they're very fair. It's a great area with restaurants and a lot of stores around. It's very easy to move around, exchange money and right? They buy food or go to any restaurant around. It was amazing. I had such a great day. I'm gonna come back here again.

I liked almost everything.

I didnt like: a lot of people at the front beach, getting totally wasted. Bottles and bottles of vodka, tequila and beer. Those people were super dirty and most of them never clean when they leave. I was picking up by my self a lot of mess that wasnt mine because it makes me sad to see such a beautiful beach so dirty. You have waiters and security on the beach. They shouldnt allow that mess. Also the loud music coming from the rental speakers was too annoying, loud and confusing due too many speakers... the music at your main swimming pool was just perfect. Another thing i didnt like, kids and older people not using outfit for swimming at the pool... thats a bit dirty...

location is excellent. probably the best in Acapulco. beautiful views from the balcony. CO Bigelow toiletries are a nice touch. the suite is large enough for 4 people. well appointed full kitchen. super fast valet service.

the main elevated swimming pool with the excellent views of the bay is closed and undergoing construction so expect drilling noises. they will try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation. water pressure in the shower isn’t great. late night room service menu is a disappointment .

The design of the balcony is the worst design I have ever seen for a family hotel, the opening between the horizontal bars is big enough for a kid from 1 to 6 years old to fit in the space and fall from the balcony. This is extremely dangerous

The view is great and you have the option of beach or pool - both very nice. The service of the staff in all areas of the hotel was excellent. I would definitely return.

The location of the hotel was good. The hotel staffs were hospitable but it would be nice to have some English and French speaking staffs.

The size of the room and the bathroom was a bit small for 3 or 4 people.

The noice from the traffic coming from the boulevard. And the loud music from the nearby night clubs, which it goes on until 3:am every night! We could not sleep.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is amazing. The staff was friendly and always welcoming.

The bathroom looked old.
