I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They helped me a lot as I need to wait until 11 PM for my bus. Kept my belongings safe & then managed to get a taxi for me. The staff were friendly. Bed comfort. Pool was great too. I would have preferred a balcony overlooking the sea instead of the pool but it was only 1.5 days.

I liked the condition that the hotel was in, the room was clean and the staff was nice. We did not use the pool though it looked nice and big.

The parking lot, it was a real problem. Its tiny. I have an Altima which is a large car...I struggled to park in that miniscule underground parking lot.

pool was clean, room and common areas also clean, i really like the privvacy of the parking garage, we were there in september of 2022, had reservation for three days , but end up two more days . we really like it and DO recomended it and will stay there again on my next trip to acapulco.

There are two pools. It was great and not crowded.

Perhaps a coffee shop or a restaurant at this facility would make it even better.

Pool, I did not use, Room was ok, The A/C runs slowly but once got in temperature was ok

The parking was an issue, First you have to go with the security man in the main entrance of the hotel to tell him to open the gate. Every time yo go in or out

It’s close to the beach many restaurants near by also they have good staff very clean the rooms are good bed is perfect for the price is very good

The car parking

Small hotel with a good size pool. It has a nicely fitness center and it was located on the bus line. Location is good if you want to use the ferries or go to see the cliff divers

Gym did not have any fans or AC. No towels provided for cleaning material. No pool towels so you need to use the ones in your room. No Ice, No coffee only tea. TV is not a smart TV

Reasonable price (compared to other disastrous hotels around). Nice room and facilities. 2 large shopping malls next door to buy cheaper food. I recommend it.

Acapulco is a city to avoid.

Great location! Close to various beaches and dining options. Friendly staff and clean rooms every day will definitely be back!

considering the impact of Hurricane Otis on Acapulco in whole. There is NOTHING to complain about.
