The view is impressive (do book for a room with a balcony seeing the town). The common area also get your wonderful views nevertheless. You could simply stay in the hotel without getting out and seeing the best views, and they have a restaurant attached to the hotel. If you want to explore the town, the hotel is close to the center and bus stations too. Staff is nice and easy. Flexible regarding check-in/check-out. Clean ladies are doing a great job in keeping the places clean

Wifi only works near the reception areas, not in rooms. That's a major drawback. Curtains are not thick enough so people who need complete darkness for sleep may need an eye shield.

Incredible view! Good size of the room. Great parking. Good restaurant. The daytime receptionist was providing standard quality service.

The receptionist was new and was not the best service ever. She made us wait for the check-in, while she was on the phone and it was 8:30 PM. Then she gave us towels for the pool, but not for the bathroom. In addition, there was a scorpion in the bathroom. I would strongly suggest to train the receptionist better and to check the rooms before letting customers in.

I loved Pozole Tuesday. There is delicious pozole, great music and entertainment. There is also buffet breakfast on Sunday and it's to die for. The personnel is amazing, especially our waiter Isaac, the receptionist Ary Sandy and of course the owner Mr. Carlos who shared with us a lot of stories of the town, he is super nice

The location of the hotel is great, close to town and an amazing view of the town and sunset. Staff is very friendly and helpful and we would recommend this stay. The pool was great for refreshment and relaxing between our daytrips.

The garden area could be cleaner and more taken care of. The pumps in the pool didn't seem to work. There was staff cleaning the pool but the water quality didn't look very good.

we loved this place! the view is spectacular, it’s very clean. rustic, hacienda style .would definitely stay here again. we arrived. on a Thursday, they have Variety night. Food was amazing. pool was very relaxing also clean. I had ready a couple of reviews and was skeptical someone mentioned loud noise, all the walking it take to get to the Santa Prisca. PREPARE YOURSELF TO WALK ABOUT 1.7 kilometer from downtown UP HILL or call a taxi wich cost 40 pesos (2.22 USD & @ 18 pesos dls exchange)

No Wifi both Gates are closed locked during the evening if you will leave hotel early morning we left st 5:20 am we had to look for the Pieter to open ( I think you could just mention to them you’ll be leaving early and they would ready to open.

It’s a beautiful vacation hotel I love it, it’s only 5 minutes from Santa Prixca,

The staff were so despot, when asking a question they were just quiet, they don’t have staff to help you with the luggage mind you the check in office it’s far from the rooms, another thing it’s that they have a restaurant and they closed it late so you are unable to sleep because of the music, other than that it was terrific

The location is really nice. Close to the city center and with an amazing view. Room was simple and clean. Breakfast was not included, but the restaurant downstairs offers many cheap options. They also offered us a tour of the town for a reasonable price and it was really nice and partially in English.

The view with the pool is just amazing. Room was BIG and comfortable. There was some statue that had a face "staring" at us from the corner of our room, and we would constantly forget and then get scared of it.

The shower seemed quite old and not sure if it was that clean?

Loved this hotel, you get a very big room with separate bathroom for a really good value. The view is what I loved the most about this place, it's absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Carlos was very nice, and Jair for the tours was awesome. The place had a beautiful view of the city and breakfast was good .
