The casita was beautiful - had an amazing view. The area has colorful houses with lush vegetation

Even though the house itself and all other casitas are gorgeous, don't think it's worth what they charge for and besides, you have nothing else walking distance than the beach at the bottom which is quite small and nothing to write home about. Taxis are crazy expensive so I definitely recommend renting a car (one way taxi from airport US$150). Also make sure you buy some groceries if you plan on making breakfast as there are no shops nearby.

spacious, beautifully maintained, private, excellent concierge- ‘Teresa’: no signage, no print, just perfect beach, steps to casitas, friendly, helpful, caring staff, great range of restaurants; dark night sky with sparkling stars, epic sunsets. High point was when we got a call from Teresa to say the turtle hatchlings were emerging- since it was full moon- and our grandchildren got to help them on their way into the Pacific Ocean.

Beautiful Views

Not much choice for eating, everything cost extra, to use the pool, kayak, dining, and even to sit on beach chairs cost extra, with no other options as that is all available in the area. Hard beds, told there was a bath in the room, but could not use it as it had to plug.

Breakfast restaurant was close by

We paid extra for an ocean/beach view. One day we’re on our lounge chairs reading a book & enjoying the view when the crew starting erecting a fence directly in front of us to prep for a gala that evening on the beach. Completely blocked out view. We requested that give us a discount since we only had 2 full days there. Instead the invited to this gala. Our room was 30’ from that stage and speakers. The music played until 1:30! If we knew this gala was right outside our door we would not have booked. They should have told us. At the least they should have reduced our $3600 Can. cost by $1000 or so. We will not go back!
