The staff was very attentive. The room was clean and the kitchen had ample equipment for cooking. There upstairs palapa provides a nice view and is a perfect spot for an afternoon happy hour or relaxing book read. The location was terrific, very walkable to the beach, restaurants and stores. The property was very quiet, especially at night. The value for this property cannot be beat.

There was a little problem with our checking because they did not have the communication from booking.com for our reservation but it was handled very professionally. The bed and pillow were very hard so not very comfortable. There were many spills on the tile floor in the Palapa area that were not cleaned the whole time we were there.

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet accommodation. Our one bedroom kitchenette had a full sized fridge, a two burner rangetop, microwave, blender, coffeepot, and basic cookware. Great bonus was the rooftop palapa and an outdoor area to hang your wet clothes. Saludos a Maria, Lucia y Vicki.

Friendly hotel staff. Rooms are tiny, but clean, well-equipped and functional. Noise reverberates, but things quiet down early, and the staff enforce a no-noise code during night hours. After a delayed check-in, the rest of my stay was fine. Contact the hotel the day before arrival, and ask for the cell number in case of unforeseen circumstances.

No one was available for check in. I was stranded outside for 3 hours. I called the number on Booking.com, but did not notice the cell phone number posted at Reception. I could have gotten in my room sooner if I'd seen that number and not used the number provided by Booking.com.

The staff Is a wonderful family. Maria is working very hard to improve her English and is a lovely lady. It is an authenticMexican atmosphere, which I appreciate, but others may not. Just a very short walk to convenience store (also wonderful people). Short walk to beach.

Walk to downtown is not far unless you do not get about too easily. A taxi is only about 60pesos. The hotel could definitely use new pillows and towels. Also Ned’s new utensils, we went out and bought our own.

It was in a quiet location, walking distance from food, beaches and shopping. The managers were super friendly. I had privacy to work and I had company and met new friends. The a/c was very necessary and the shower was a dream.

The mattress was uncomfortable.

Melaque beach is beautiful. This is a decent clean spot to stay.

The owner/staff are wonderful, they make you feel very welcomed. I would definitely stay there again, but note if you do not get a room with a kitchen then the room is very small.

The small room, if it's a short stay then it's ok, but if staying longer you need the larger room.

I like to have coffee when I wake up so I would only say to add a small coffee machine
