No breakfast available here but place right across the street was excellent

I would have liked more natural light in the suite however this wasn’t a deal breaker! The common gathering area was directly below the suite so could be quite noisy in the morning! Lots of children here so if that’s an issue for people stear clear but isn’t for us!

The location is excellent. It is in walking distance to downtown and a few steps away from the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. Guest can easily communicate with staff via WhatsApp, which is extremely convenient. Overall its was a great stay and will continue booking with them.

The only minor thing was that the trash cans in the bathroom and bedroom are too small. But if you ask for housekeeping they will gladly assist you.

Parking was convenient and secure. Staff was very nice. Location was good in Melaque. AC worked great and kept noise from City from affecting our sleep. Pool and paintings in the common areas are lovely.

Room could use a microwave oven. Restaurant wasn't open for our entire stay.

Check in was great, and reception was very accommodating. Room was clean. Water was hot.

We were to get 10% off in restaurant with wrist bands. We paid the bill, but afterwards realized we didn’t get the discount. When asked at the restaurant, we were told, it’s too late. The rates posted on the wall at check in was quite a bit less than what we paid through Booking.com.

We enjoyed everything about the property. Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Close to other amenities like shops and restaurants. Only 100 steps from our room by the pool to the beautiful beach.

Simple accommodation with kitchenette, the basics are provided. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean. Central and on the beach, walking distance to bus station. Large pool and beach restaurant. On check-out day, I appreciated that I was able to store my luggage and continue staying in the common facilities until the evening. The receptionist Sylvia speaks English well and was very helpful. I only stayed one night.

This is a family hotel and kids like to play in the pool - be prepared for noise. Live bands playing in the afternoon can be loudly heard throughout and prevented me from using the restaurant and beach during those hours - it's a matter of taste and volume.

The property was great it was , perfect location a few steps to the beautiful white sandy beach and restaurants. The area was quite quiet which made for a great sleep.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like and have recommended to our friends to stay at this Hotel when they visit Melaque.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with good amount of space, hot water in the shower.

Was not able to connect to the hotels wifi by ourselves, but im pretty sure the staff would have gladly helped us if we asked them.

The new addition Across the street , is perfect , but of course no ocean view at all but nice pool &quiet

Live music for me was a disturbance Blasting very loud Restaurant closed 6 pm

The staff were excellent, Sylvia at the front desk was exceptional! Provided the best of service in all areas and very helpful with our personal needs. The entertainment in the afternoon was a very welcome daily feature.

I did find that the beds in our particular unit were not of the comfort I enjoyed for a good night's sleep but we did enjoy our stay
