The location was great, easily walkable to a wonderful beach and to restaurants and coffee shops in town. Juan the manager went above and beyond. We arrived later at night and thought it was his anniversary and having dinner with his wife he send his daughter to wait for our arrival and to greet us. Any questions we asked were answered right away. Juan even arranged for our taxi to the airport. Thank you very much Juan.

The kitchen was sparsely supplied. a couple of knives and a few more items of cutlery would have been appreciated.

The owner was awesome! Anytime we needed something he was on it. The housekeeper was amazing! She did a spot on job. She was also very friendly. The pool was refreshing and clean.

It was more of a preference... The beds were a bit hard. The location was a bit farther away from beach than we thought. We were by the mountain. There was building going on which was a bit noisy at times.

Nice quiet location with nice owners, ample kitchen with utensils and they are pet friendly

There were no screens on the window to keep the bugs out so we had to keep everything shut and use the air conditioning which worked well.

Very good for us as we love to walk. It was quiet and closer to hiking spots. Hosts were very welcoming, kind and generous. A lovely refreshing pool.

pool, secure, but easy access, private room was large and had everything we needed. No road noise at all. Also a pretty manageable walk to cuestacomti. Juan is extremely helpful and just a generally nice person. I saw him go above and beyond to help at least two other independent guests.

it's slightly far from town but this was probably the quietest place we have stayed in Mexico.

The location is good in a quiet area not too far from the beach and the room is big with a little kitchenette. Juan responded very promtly to our requests I would highly recommend this place.

Room was perfect! Big, clean, with a small, but fully equipped kitchen, brand new building! Nice shared patio for dining. Location is a short walk to the best swimming beach, and also on the edge of town so very quiet (except the odd rooster). Hosts responded quickly to our requests.

Pool didn't have a very big area for seating, and no gardens. Where are the buganvillias?

Brand new hotel. Room and pool were excellent.he

No secure parking, although the website stated that there was, which was important for my motorcycle. When I inquired, the host pointed at the security cameras (lol). He did offer that I could park the bike inside. I got a ground floor room, and parked my bike right outside the window, which was sufficient.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was open irregular hours not open for breakfast. The house keeping staff was very amiable providing coffee pot when requested. The location was right central downtown. The hotel palapa had the best view on the beach for sunrise &sunset. I really enjoyed the pool, my own kitchen and patio area.

The wooden shutters on windows let in a lot of noise. Directly under my bedroom windows the ladders and bicycles were stored. The workman removing and replacing ladders were very noisy during siesta time. No glass on the windows allowed a lot of street noise and other guests noises into bungalow. The guests were asked to do their own dishes which is fine, but there was no dish soap, nor cloths, nor tea towels. If these were provided instead of the guest having to go buy them the dishes would have been cleaner. I left dishes cleaner than when I arrived. I also had to wipe a very strong fish smell out the fridge, but had to wait a few days until I went out and bought dish soap . Similar properties are less expensive. I had hoped a monthly rate would be less than accrued daily rate.

Roomy, clean , hot water, nice bathroom , nice location from beach , quiet at night !

Dish soap, dish rags , glasses , firestarter for stove , fridge is crazy loud but works good !
