Breakfast was great. Staff was great. It was very relaxing. Not a lot to do but if you just want to eat, sleep and read this was the best place to do that!

Location was superb. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Due to Covid-19 capacity was at 33% of normal so nobody was there....felt like we had the whole place to ourselves!! The beach was awesome, private & very quiet. Sunset views were unmatched. The landscaping beautiful and mature.Our ability to walk out to Isla Cruz at low tide was an added bonus and provided an incredible view back over the entire resort. Definitely THE best location on the peninsula!!

The place felt a little tired, and in need of maintenance: detailing, painting, etc. We had some issues with the satellite TV connection that lasted for a day or so. All three pools were beautiful but the tile at the water line, along with the pool depth placards, were in need of repair and replacement. The spillways at the adult pool were broken off giving it more of a Mayan ruin feel. There was also no butler service which of course is a St. Regis signature! I know these are little things, and considered first world problems, but the St Regis is the pinnacle of resorts worldwide and this facility currently does not quite live up to their well earned reputation. That being said, much of this could be the result of the current Covid 19 pandemic. Now with travel picking up I am certain they will iron out these details in the months ahead.

Loud music on the beach. The hotel is serving two type of customers, the group that enjoys drinking and partying with loud music on the pool AND the group (older) that like quieter time enjoying nature. Those two customer segments are incompatible in the same resort. Specially when you are paying these kind of prices.

Location and updated room

60+% of resort was UNDER CONSTRUCTION….what a disappointment and they should have notified us as this was known in advance to St Regis…when we confronted them about it and asked for a discount on our full fee rate they basically smiled and said sorry…so we will it return here…could have stayed in a VRBO for less or at tge Four Seasons in the same location …we are NOT happy w St Regis after having sober 3 other vacations in their other resorts

I like the people that work there with the exception of management. The pool was great. The food was great. The atmosphere was amazing. My room was awful. It had mold.
