Very trendy and excellent location! Only like 3 blocks from el Zocalo so there’s plenty to do around the area. You walk outside and there are tons of street vendors selling delicious food and other goods. I got lucky and got the first room up the first flight of stairs. The rooftop is amazing as well and had stunning views of the city. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I also felt safe knowing there was someone available 24/7 at the door in case I was out late. Overall had an excellent experience.

I loved everything but I imagine it must be difficult going up multiple flights of stairs with luggage if you’re on one of the upper levels since there’s no elevator.

This is such a calming, high quality hostel! I haven't traveled outside of the US very much - something I'm trying to change - but this hostel was a lovely oasis from the chaos of Mexico city. My partner and I got here after traveling for awhile and quite tired. We were immediately greeted, checked in, given a map, and food recommendations. After a delicious meal at said recommendation, we crashed for eleven hours and had a lovely complimentary breakfast on the rooftop overlooking some cool architecture of Mexico city. Also I run very hot usually - I live half the year in Alaska- but the room came with an effective fan that kept the room quite cool! We explored a museum just a 15 minute walk away, then sadly had to leave - but were able to make the most of our time here thanks to Casa Sabina!

Only negatives I have to note is that there was a little noise from nightlife music - but it's a hostel and that's to be expected, especially if you want a good location in Mexico City :) really wasn't too bad, and I had no issue sleeping

beautiful large room, with design furniture, shower and toilet were perfect. Because of it's very central position it is a little noisy, but it is close to every attraction in the historical centre and to the metro station that connects you to every part of the city. the rooftop is lovely, with a nice view. The staff is just amazing and lovely and always there to help with smiles and kindness. highly recommended!

everything is good, just be aware that it can be a little noisy in the weekend as it is very close by the main square!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Sabina in Mexico City. The room was comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional, especially Pedro, who provided knowledgeable and enjoyable tours. We also loved the terrace bar, which offered great vibes on Friday night. Highly recommend Casa Sabina for a fantastic stay in CDMX

Being from the US, we were accustomed to having AC in our rooms, so it took us some time to adjust on the first night. This was especially challenging due to the mosquitoes. However, the next day, I bought some repellent and asked the staff for another fan, which helped tremendously.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT; the staff were so friendly and loved the design of the hotel. The rooftop was gorgeous and had we not been spending so much time exploring the city, we would have loved to spend more time relaxing up there!

I loved this place and would definitely stay again; my only very minor points are that the shower head could probably have done with replacing (had a tendency to spray everywhere instead of down)

The breakfast is excellent with an excellent view. I was travelling off-season, so it was rather quite in the hotel all around. The view froom the rooftop is excellent. The staff is super helpful and friendly!

Travelled in the hottest season. As is the case in most buildings in Mexico, there will be no AC. Because the beds in the rooms are on elevated stages, even if you open the windows (gonna be noisy outside), the top of the room is always going to be very warm so be prepared! The room has two fans to help you out.

guys at reception are friendly and kind enough to give me some informations about old town including famous local Mexican foods. one of them, who worked night shift during my stay, does't speak English,( although I don't understand Spanish well), but he has made an effort to communicate with me by using translator, which impressed me a lot. he gave me informations about how to get Teothiwkan and airport. I learned uber taxi was popular in Mexico City, which has made it more convenient in Guanajuato, San Miguel Allende and Cancun later on. I enjoyed my stay in Mexico City. I am looking forward to next time. Thanks a lot!!

The hotel was very central to most all the historic areas, could not ask for more. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing and the perfect way to start the day. The staff were super friendly and easy to work with.

The rooms were modern but a bit cramped feeling. Ours had a 4' high loft sleeping area which was fine other than the stairs leading up to it were quite steep making access a bit tricky. Not recommended for anyone with balance issues. We were on the street and it was very noisy with all the street traffic, bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise at night.
