The hostel is overall great when compared to what is offered arround Mexico City! It has an amazing terrace from which you can see the whole center. The rooms are the usual hostel like and the service people are amazing! Also if you don't bring a towell you can also get one in the hostel, just leave cash that will be return in the end of your trip. Also, breakfast is included which is cool

The area is super noisy, if you have troubles with that, I wouldn't choose this room/hostel. I was there when they had a huge party in mexico city, so not the best time possible ahaha but still. Also, the room weren't very tidy, and also the bathrooms.... A bit disgusting. It's a good option if you're staying short term!

I've stayed here twice so far and it will be my go-to place when I need to fly in or out of Mexico City. Although the lobby and cafe are old and worn, I arrived very late and saw how thoroughly they scrub the place. Small dorms with big lockers and comfortable beds. Bring your own lock. Very quiet. Gorgeous views from the two terraces, one off the kitchen and one on the roof where they have a bar. A faucet with potable water is in the kitchen. The staff is very good at problem solving. A security guard watched the door at night in addition to the desk clerks. Free luggage storage when you leave. Breakfast isn't fancy, but you can eat it at an outdoor table overlooking a park, which is rare near the zocalo. I didn't know this until too late, but you can give a deposit to "rent" a towel.

Excellent location, awesome rooftop bar with great views and live bands. The free walking tours with Daniel (we loved Daniel!) are a massive highlight and great for seeing such a huge city if you’re on a budget. Ana and the team on reception were brilliant and couldn’t help enough. Ana managed to get us tickets to the sold out Frida Khalo museum which I will be forever grateful for! The breakfast is different every day.

The beds were narrow and uncomfortable, there was only warm water first thing in the morning, the hotel is very noisy and it echos as the wooden panel windows open out on to all the other rooms and reception. The hostel knows it’s noisy as they offer ear plugs. On the last day the water came out brown so we couldn’t shower.

The location is amazing and the rooftop bar is fabulous. There are lots of social events, tours, etc. planned, and a restaurant/café onsite.

Our bathroom was incredibly small; a bigger person would have had trouble closing the door. The place is quite loud during the day/evening, and built in a way that has many rooms' windows opening into a loud interior area. To be fair, though, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The coupons provided for the bar are a bit misleading; be sure to produce them before ordering, as they are only good for a narrower range of drinks than they imply.

Set in the heart of the Historic Centre, the location could not have been better! The morning breakfast was much tastier than most other hostels. Whoever chose the music in the restaurant did a great job! The cleaners did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The coffee machine in the kitchen was my happy place.

It's not an ideal hostel for early risers! Breakfast is at 8am, and the upstairs only opens at the same time. What's more, the shower takes forever to heat up! The phone chargers by the bed worked slowly. The elevator is out of order a lot. These are minor problems, and I recommend this hostel to anyone.

The location is one of the best you can get and they have a terrace and rooftop with an incredible view over the city. The hostel has a great vibe for young travelers that want to party or are looking for daily activities and tours. Also we offered a nice breakfast.

The rooftop bar plays very loud music til 22h and sometimes 24h and you can hear every single beat from your room (including sound vibration). The room floor was also incredibly dirty under the sink and the sheets didn't feel super clean either.

An ideal location to arrive at in CDMX, if you arrive early there's luggage storage and free walking tours at 11am- Daniel is a great guide! The hostel is well equipped with a downstairs breakfast/cafe area, kitchen on the fifth floor with terrace and amazing views as well as the rooftop bar. The location is right next to the Cathedral and you can easily walk to plenty of attractions, equally there are excellent public transport links. The area felt safe and the hostel themselves take security very seriously.

nice breakfast, great terrace bar. value for money. staff were lovely, especially the doorman, Julio. The staff also booked a taxi for us (last minute) for the airport and we were very grateful,

The tap in the room spurted everywhere which was irritating. From 6am there was a lot of noise which woke us up lots of times as downstairs echoes a lot. Also on the day we checked out, we had to pay to go into the hostel bar which was a shame considering we were guests.

The hostel is very well located: central and easy to access with taxi or public transportation. The staff really makes the experience! Thank you all for the advises and specially to Dani for the guided tours (best way to meet new people and get to know the city in detail). Don’t miss the roof top! Great view for a drink with sunset over the cathedral.

It can be noisy - nevertheless it’s normal, considering it is an hostel.

The location is great, the room is nice and comfortable. Really like the restaurant/cafe attached and the rooftop bar with great views of the city for sunset

The rooftop bar was loud and could be heard clearly in the room all night (bring earplugs) and the breakfast didn't have a vegetarian option (scrambled eggs with ham inside) they offered a small fruit serving and sugary cereal like coco pops and fruit loops. Not a deal breaker but room for improvement :)
