The hotel is well located, inside a gated community. Facilities are beautiful and the Japanese design of the buildings is quite eye-catching. Pool is nice - consider this is not an adult-only hotel and there may be lots of children around during the holidays. Huge gardens and lots of greenery and cool japanese-style water features. Food is excellent. The Japanese restaurant has good options, and for breakfast there's a scrumptious buffet. Also, there's brunch buffet on Sunday mornings. Gym is well equipped and has a beautiful view. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable with big pillows. The blackout doors are wonderful. Bathroom was big, including shampoo and soap.

The hotel is not very accessible if you use a wheelchair or a stroller, since the gardens and paths have some serious slope. But nothing the staff can't help with. The TV could be a smart TV.

Room: Our room was spacious, bright, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, and everything was spotless. The modern decor added an elegant touch, and the balcony offered stunning, relaxing views. Breakfast: The breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the coffee was top-notch. The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly. Pool: The pool area was fantastic—large, clean, and surrounded by comfy loungers and umbrellas. We enjoyed hours of relaxation and refreshing cocktails from the poolside bar.

Our stay was perfect. The attention to detail and excellent service made it an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family!

Spectacular property and the Japanese dinner was amazing

Elevators don't work (4 flights), and of the two restaurants, the non-Japanese one is grossly understaffed. The Japanese restaurant is not open on Sundays so go out for dinner.

The hotel is magnificent, very tropical looking with the touch of Japanese plants and buildings. Staff is really nice. If you don't mind spending a little bit more and want to enjoy the stay of tranquillity, this is the hotel for you

The grounds are beautiful and the history of the buildings was fascinating. It's a very peaceful location with a lovely climate, a good gym, and a large pool. The rooms were adequate and were well furnished with toiletries.

The walls are paper thin so it was difficult to sleep both nights as there was a party going on until the wee hours of the morning. The food was a bit disappointing in terms of choices of cuisines. The spa area was quite run down and the prices were high.

Location is not ideal. The hotel is located inside a closed residential area, so getting in and out takes a while. Not great for low-mobility people. You have to walk steep hills for a while to get to the rooms.

we were charged $180 pesos for two big bottles of water. the bottles were not in the minibar but outside on a counter. i believe charging customers for drinkable water in the room is stingy. Specially when the water from the tap/faucet in mexico is very well known for not being drinkable.

Beautiful Japanese-style hotel. The gardens are beautiful, the swimming pool is great, and the construction is amazing. Food is also very good.

There is no wifi in the rooms and cellular reception is also very bad. If you’re looking to relax and disconnect, it is a great option. If you have to work, although there is a tiny business center, I would not recommend staying here. Rooms are very dark, even with the lights on.

Breakfast is good, there is a buffet in a beautiful place with lots of options. I just LOVE the gardens in this hotel, I could spend hours there. Rooms are very spacious and nice, I would recommend better pillows.

This hotel is not accesible to people with disabilities, which should be clarified when you book.

I loved the pool it was super comfy and I felt relaxed. Another host was being disrespectful of others and staff solved the issue quickly.

Although the food and drinks are good I believe the price is a bit high.
