The spa and breakfast were amazing!! The hotel is so beautiful, the parking easy and pleasant and the room was very spacious. It was a really nice first stay to see this place, really enjoyed it!

The TV didnt work and I know they said that you could call reception but we just didnt want to bother. The bathroom the hot water took a really long time to come out, we were in the fifth floor, and last room so that might be the reason.

The original buildings and gardens are beautiful. The pool was nice and warm (but not too warm). The hotel was relaxed and peaceful - great for a lovely chilled out break. The restaurant was good with a wide selection of tasty food. The rooms were clean, a decent size and had lovely comfortable beds.

Not a lot. If I was getting picky, a few tiles were coming off the pool and there seemed to be an excessive use of pesticides killing bees around the garden!

A superb and breathtaking historical hacienda with amazing gardens, architectural elements, with peaceful and quiet surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive to any requests. The restaurant offered a delicious and varied menu including a surprise breakfast buffet on Saturday. We enjoyed all of our meals there over a three day stay. The swimming pool is simply amazing and the water temperature was perfect. The room had a/c and all the expected amenities. The shower also had great water pressure and was very clean.

The jacuzzi was not working next to the beautiful swimming pool but that was a very minor issue.

This place is amazing! The whole hotel is a work of art, the food is great and very creative, the staff is very friendly and keep a close eye on their clients. I haven't used all their services and facilities, but I certainly will on my next visit!

The surrounding of the place is very chaotic and hard to get to.

1) You can hear everything in the other room is like you are in the same one. 2) The telephone shower was the only one working the regular did not work 3) breakfast is over rated, the place is amazing, staff super nice but the food is ok but for a quesadilla and chilaquiles 1.5K is a lot

good location, nice gardens, the food was unremarkable and expensive.

better bread. Food with no great taste or presentation. Salads with not so fresh products. Nosy at times because of the surroundings

The room, grounds, facilities, safety, restaurant... Everything was spectacular.
