For a wedding they gave us all late checkout which was very appreciated. And also a discount on the breakfast. Rooms were clean and of good size.

Breakfast has to be buffet, no menu service and the buffet wasn't the best; a little below average. Way better to just go to the Sanborns restaurant at the corner. Rooms are above the lobby restaurant and they have live music so it's extremely noisy until 11pm. No handicap accessibility; even for people who don't need it, you have to carry your bags up a couple flights of stairs with no elevator. Heard from other people in my group that the AC and TVs on their rooms didn't work, some rooms didn't have complimentary waters, some had irons, some didn't. It's more of a luck situation of getting a full room or an incomplete one.

our room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the pool is really awesome. we were chilling there in the late evenings and it was super cool. it is a nice place to stay and we got probably the best deal in the city in terms of price/quality for our last-minute booking!

we had an issue with the door lock twice during our stay. the door did not respond, so we had to go to the lobby, and the receptionist did something with the key cards.

The location of the hotel was excellent and it felt very comfortable and family oriented. The staff was friendly and the facilities were in good condition. I would stay again.

Great hotel! A bit too noisy for our taste… pools are crowded and the noise of the people + loud ambient music do not make it the most relaxing,

Staff is super friendly particularly Sr Luna at the parking and receptionists

WiFi is crap. Is not on all the time. Slow. I had to take a conference call on my phone.

Garden view and heated pool

Shower has very little pressure. The shower door has a gap and the water came out to the floor inundating it Only 3 towels in the bathroom for 4 people. We asked for more towels at the reception but no one brought it.

Good sized room. Heated pool. Quiet location. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Quick service in the restaurant

Gym facilities could be improved

- Staff at the dining are are excellent, staff at the front are as good as well - The room was cleaned well - the pool area is great and super clean - room are spacious enough for 2 adult and 2 todlers - ample space to stow luggage and clothes etc in the room - there are an outdoor small play area for kids, nothing fancy but decent - there was not much breakfast menu options as we expected for the price we paid but the quality is good and delicious

- the lobby is small its kind of underwhelming considering the rate of the hotel - we book the room for 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 3 years old) the rate we paid through booking.com was including breakfast but some how we end up paying extra breakfast for the kids as we were told it is not included in the rate, its the first time ever i had this issue with my booking. - there was no water heater or small fridge in the room, perhaps they have it in the bigger room? but ussually with this price those things should be included in the room but perhaps its part of the safety protocol due to pandemi?

Great staff! The room was a little bit old, but it was still great.
