Great location, just a long block from the Plaza de Armas. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and even though we were on a busy street with a balcony, it was restful and fairly quiet. The rooftop was very nice as well. Check-in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The WiFi was a bit spotty, sometimes really struggling to work and other times fine. The AC was great, although the temperature setting doesn't match the room temperature. Bedside lights and an outlet to plug in the phone would be nice.

Staff members are very friendly, very nice hotel, very clean, housekeepers very nice .

Everything was great, but the only problem was the bar crossing the street. The music was loud all night long until 6:30am!! I think the city should be aware about this issue for neighbors and residents. We didn’t sleep well. Hopefully someone can help with this issue.

The hotel is right in the city centre, which is great for sightseeing. The place is well kept overall and while the rooms are small and fairly basic, they are clean and have all you need for a short stay. The hotel staff is helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel met our expectations based on previous comments left by guests.

The rooms are not soundproof, which means that it can be noisy. We had a room on the first floor in the back of the hotel, but we could still hear cars passing by on the street (which is quite a busy one!). This also meant we had no natural light coming in as our only window faced the corridor. We were lucky to have quiet neighbours and were able to get good sleep at night.

A friendly, lovely little hotel right in the centre of Cuernavaca. The staff, some of whom speak English, were very helpful at arranging early check-in, luggage storage, parking etc. The AC works well, there's a nice rooftop terrace, and the whole place feels well thought out and well cared for. Best value and quality we experienced in 3 weeks in Mexico.

It is not for everyone. I have stayed here numerous times and love it more with every visit. You are literally in the heart of downtown ,and the front room suite, though it can be a bit noisy (That is why earplugs were invented) is roomy and half the price of other options in the area. Very clean and just the nicest people running it.

The only thing I miss is the coffee at the front desk in the morning and no coffee maker in the room. I am an early riser coming from a later time zone and the only options are a couple of Oxxo stores several blocks away, before the small cafes and restaurants open. Even Starbucks, which is just up the block says it opens at 9 AM but wasn't until 10 the few days I stayed in Cuernavaca.

The staff were super friendly and helpful.In this regard I want to thank Alberto for arranging a taxi for me to get to the bus terminal on the morning that I was leaving-a very kind and helpful staff member.The room was large and very clean.The location was excellent-2 minutes from the Zócalo...Will definitely return...I can recommend Casa Frida very highly

Location was great. Check in and out was quick and efficient. Price was spot on for the services offered and type of room. Helpful with the parking given the location of the hotel.

Bathroom design hid how clean the room was. The design probably also didn't help the crew see areas of opportunity. We found quite a lot of hair strands that you could not see until you were really close to them, from afar they blended with the wall decor.

Spacious room and very fast internet, the rooftop was small but nice..wish the outdoor furniture had cushions. The location was near main restaurants and museums. The staff allowed us to leave our food in the main fridge and use the microwave in the common area, which was nice. Overall good for a short stay

Would be nice to have a small desk in the room, some of the staff could be friendlier

Close proximity to the historic centre. The sun terrace was lovely and just outside our room. Our bedroom was cleaned every day, our towels changed every day and our bed linen was changed after only 2 days.

The window looked out onto the sun terrace. No bedside lights. Only one plug socket at the end of the bed. Bathroom was quite basic. No hot water on one morning.
