Gorgeous accomodations; very romantic. I could not figure out how they'd put together such a peaceful garden oasis in the middle of the busiest part of town. You'd never know what you were right next to. If you like resorts, where you can get drinks and massages and meals and sit by the pool without leaving the premises, this is a good place for you.

There was pretty much no hot water. Tepid at best. The climate there is so forgiving, we didn't freeze to death. But a shower that was at least warm would have been nice. There is no hot water in the bathroom sinks; hard for men shaving. The restaurant was hit-or-miss at best. But it was a lovely place to dine or have breakfast. Glamour over food quality or value.

This is a beautiful property. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are excellent. Centrally located.

Only complaint is the lack of hot water in the rooms. Showers had to run for several minutes before tepid water would flow. Neighbouring bars can be a bit loud at night, but Las Casas does a good job of soundproofing the rooms.

Beautiful hotel and we had a nice & quite room (despite the hotel being in the city center / close to a lot of bars). We were there during the week and had the pool to ourselves - very nice place to relax.

The shower curtain was made out of cotton so it soaked up all the water during showering which led to a lot of humidity in the bathroom. Moreover, the communication between the differnt parts of the hotel (reception - spa - restaurant) could be improved (e.g. we ordered one kind of SPA treatment but got another one).

Las Casa was so wonderful! Our room was fantastic, lovely, and quiet. We had a little balcony overlooking the pool. We would definitely stay here again! We dined at their restaurant and it was superior! The entire staff was wonderful and treated us like royalty! Las Casa has great security and the grounds of this beautiful place went beyond our expectations! Highly recommend!

We loved everything!

the restaurant was absolutely outstanding, I tried the best black mole I have tasted in my life. all the meals were awesome, every plate for breakfast and dinner was presented like a work of art and the flavor was just as good. the room was super clean kinda small but very comfortable. the only downside was that it was kinda loud from street noise.

the very unfortunate situation was that the downtown area of Cuernavaca is completely trashed. there are piles of garbage everywhere and it gets very, very crowded in the afternoon. but the restaurant is so good, that I would come back for the food.

The hotel was beautiful and well located in the heart of Cuernavaca. Inside the hotel was like being in a quiet, peaceful oasis, far from the noisy center of the city. The staff - hotel and restaurant - were excellent, friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The only issue we had was the poor WI-FI connection. Not sure how much of that was the hotel’s fault since we had poor connectivity throughout Cuernavaca.

The restaurant was very good, the rooms were comfy & clean, convenient location.

If I’m being super meticulous, the pool needs some more cleaning/supervision, you could see a few dead insects and it just wasn’t super clean, in fact we decided not to swim it but other people did.

Lovely grounds and rooms. Well maintained. Very attentive, professional service. Restaurant on site was the best part. The breakfast that was included was very generous, fresh, and delicious. Wish I could get their rustic breakfast bread where I live.

It's just a gorgeous place. So quiet considering the street its located on! Pool is lovely, rooms are huge, balconies are gorgeous. Loved the welcome drink by the pool. My favorite thing was having breakfast on our balcony. Super comfortable beds.

The only thing I would say is that it is quite expensive for Cuernavaca. Would be nice if there were room slippers included or a discount at the spa.

It was a tranquil oasis in the center of everything. The doors close and you could be in the middle of a tropical paradise.

Only that I had to leave !
