We drove in from the Mexico City airport and were a late arrival. Despite that, the desk was staffed and we were able to get in our room. The grounds are very beautiful, as is the set-up for breakfast, which was also excellent. The staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. Our room had A/C, which was almost a necessity, in our opinion. The room was very clean and well-maintained, as were the grounds. This is obviously an older hotel, with older fixtures, some of which could use upgrading. But what was there, worked fine for us. The beds were comfortable. There was hot water, although it took a while to arrive. It has a nice bar, but it is only intermittently staffed, and wine is something of a novelty item. There is secure parking, at a small fee. It is short drive, and not too long a walk to the historic district from the hotel

It would be advisable for them to upgrade the decor, especially in terms and providing A/C to all the rooms. We were traveling with friends, who didn't have A/C, as we had booked an upgrade room. The hotel did not have a restaurant for evening meals, and there were only a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Just for note, one was an excellent sushi place. We had a car, so that wasn't a big problem, but it is something to consider.

The staff: Mariana and Alondra @ front desk were excellent. The staff @ restaurant was great; the value of breakfast was good. Cleanliness in public areas and rooms was pristine! A bit disappointing was a slow drainage in the toilette room, need to use DRANO to unclog the drains. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful, and we hope to go back later in the year, if possible. Posada Quintas Las Flores is a gem! A wonderful, small, peaceful hotel. The rooms and the grounds are impeccably maintained, but it’s the staff there that makes Posada Quintas Las Flores shine. We felt so cared for and truly valued as their guest. We will return for sure.

Tiny point: the bathroom floor gets slippery when someone is in the shower. Would recommend some weights on the shower curtain to keep it inside the very large, and beautifully tiled shower.

Breakfast was incredible one of the best menus i've ever eaten. The room was cozy maybe a little bit old it was reflected on the bathroom. Pool was very cool a must under the climat eat Cuernavaca. Loved the warmth the staff had with us.

Someof the instalations are old and need maintenance. The parking room is not enough for alll the vehicles and leaving your vehicle outside is a no.

The Hotel staff was awesome!!. Very happy and friendly. Very helpful with questions, calling taxis, etc. The maids were great also. Always asking if we needed something or something cleaned. They enjoyed talking with us and answering any questions. Very friendly! The onsite Restaurant and bar was amazing with amazing food and of course an amazing staff! Also all very friendly and accommodating for any of our needs. And to make our experience here even better was the outside landscape and grounds. We felt like we were in a very quite , tranquil, and beautiful park!! Beautiful flowers, plants, green grass and trees! It was a very peaceful and tranquil stay. We already planned our next trip! Oh, and did I say very affordable! :)

Everything was great. Service was excellent, and it was always clean. Food was delicious, and there were a lot of breakfast options included.

The pool was a little chilly, and the shower always spilled all over the bathroom. But it didn't really bother us.

Room didnt had AC. Just a fan and it was really hot. Even more than outside, don't know why. Pool was good but it didn't seem to be clean enough. Maybe because of the weekend but it looked a little bit dirty.

I loved the staff and the treatment they gave us from the very beginning. Everyone was very kind and nice. The place is also beautiful and the breakfast out of this world.

Excellent professional managed family hotel on large grounds. Comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast options. Great for families with kids due to pool. Like a mini resort in the middle of a city. They have a row of rooms that can be reached without steps or stairs after the arriving about 4 steps above street to reception. Most rooms not Aircon but no need unless you have hot flashes. They have suites too called Master. Photos are standard rm.

This is a great little hideaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cuernavaca. The grounds are well-taken care of and the staff is gracious and welcoming. This is not an upscale 5 star but rather a family-run, quaint and cozy traditional hotel. It is charming and reminiscent of days gone by Mexican hospitality. HIghly recommended.

We rented the suite so we had air-conditioning. However, many of the rooms do not have it. In the hot months of April and May, this may be uncomfortable.
