I had a very pleasurable stay at the hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They made me very welcome. This was very important as I was traveling on my own over the Christmas period. I thought the pool area was lovely. In all, my stay was relaxing and I would certainly recommend the hotel on value for money.

Nothing really. You cannot complain as the hotel was good value for money. I would have liked to have been offered breakfast. I would have paid extra.

Beautiful property, with very nice landscaping and pool area. Quiet and clean, friendly staff. Just a few minutes walk from restaurants, museums, Plaza de Armas, Palacio de Cortes. Good value!

The bed was very hard…I like a firm mattress and this was a little too much for me. The included breakfast wasn’t so good.

This was the second time I stayed at the hotel. As before, the service was professional and extremely friendly. I really like the pool area to relax. The hotel is very quiet and a 10 mins walk from the down town area. I will stay again.

The pressure for the hot water in the shower is terrible and the beds are hard.

Beautiful place to stay and relax close to el centro, and restaurants and other shopping stores , you can walk to every stores really close.
