Ricardo, the manager, went beyond helping me with issues I was having with my phone. He resolved those problems for me on his personal laptop. He helped me with the Uber app as well and gave me plenty of insight re places to visit in Cuernavaca.

The location. Too far from city center. Always had to take an Uber or a taxi.

Villa Ciruelo was clean, quiet, and very attentively managed by Ricardo whose family owns the property. He took a much appreciated personal interest in my two-night stay — only 48 hrs. after my arrival in Mexico. He even invited me to join the family for dominos that first night, which was a pleasant immersion experience for me. Thank you Ricardo!!

Ricardo is a fabulous host. He will make you feel welcome and comfortable. Furthermore, he takes care of wounded animals and makes sure to offer them a chance to live a great life in his beautiful villa. He ensures everything is very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. His yard is like a small paradise and we would love to stay longer. it’s a pure joy to have a conversation with Ricardo in the garden while playing with his sheltered animals.
