The room was very nice adult pool was great, food was good. Staff were very helpful.

Do not use theATM machine, they have no money. We tried 3 different times and each time it said it cancelled the transaction. We asked the person at the check in counter and he said no money come later. Anyways, after the 3rd time, we thought we better look at our bank and it showed that the transactions had gone through when they had not. Spent an hour on the phone with our bank getting straightened out. We told them to put a sign on the machine but they refused. Also the sign up for the specialty restaurants did not work very well and although they had a sign up about reserving chairs around the pool, they did not enforce it. People were coming down at 4am to reserve chairs. By 7am all the chairs would be gone.

The rooms we had was not too clean as im used to seeing in 4-5 star hotels… the bathroom had noise from upper or next door and the coffee machine as well as the phone did not work. I had to call the hotel from my cell phone to get to room service. I noticed a difference with ppl who booked through booking who had the blue bracelets to the others with purple or orange bracelets… we had to go check in in the basement instead of the front desk? Never had to do this in vallarta or the US.

Really hard to book for dinner to the restaurant … it was everything was full got to ask the receptionist and they book us in even if the restaurant was half full ! I would says it something wrong with their online reservation.

Loved the beach and pool area. The bed was very comfortable! The food was really good actually compared to others all inclusive options. All was lovely.

The furniture in the room seems a bit old (probably because of the fabrics with the humidity) and the door from the shower fell while taking a shower which is extremely dangerous.

All the personal was very nice, I. Was there to celebrate my birthday with my best friend, her husband, and daughter. Then my son, my daughter in law an my 3 grandchildren arrived as a surprise, the personal at the registration desk, help him to locate me and surprise me. So at the end it was 10 of us we all liked the facilities, the food, buffet had very good variety, our room, very clean and comfortable, but my favorite place was the adults pool, the infinity pool was awesome.

The entertainment was boring 😴

Our family of 8 enjoyed the intimate size of resort, that the staff always spoke Spanish and encouraged our kiddos to practice their Spanish, the activity leaders, especially Gill, always having an activity to do: water volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball and Zumba ( to name a few activities) and the spaciousness of the rooms and bathrooms.

The only issue we had as a big family with kids was having to eat dinner at the restaurants so late, because of the way reservations were handled. A very minor issue. of course, we always had the buffet available, so no one went hungry.

Stayed here for a few days with my fiancé who I proposed to at the resort. It’s a beautiful place, staff is very friendly. My concierge, Hugo went above and beyond to give me the best help possible setting up for my proposal. Couldn’t ask for a better staff. The only 2 restaurants we ate at were the grill and the Asian cuisine which were good. The best food in my opinion was the buffet though. It sounds weird to say a buffet is amazing but seriously, that place had amazing food. Overall it was definitely worth the money. You probably won’t want to leave the resort to explore the city but I wouldn’t blame you if you did that. I know I didn’t just because the time there is an experience. We even met a few new friends from Canada. Only pleasant memories here

no complaints, could use more lifeguards on the beach for safety reasons pertaining to children and not so strong swimmers.

The resort is a smaller resort but it has everything you need and everything is really clean

There was only one buffet so breakfast was super crowded and busy. The food was great but sometimes it ran out, I didn’t experience this during lunch or dinner only breakfast.

The property was clean, service was excellent, food was great, clean rooms and comfortable

Wifi was the biggest issue. Needed more seating in the Lobby area and maybe more seating at pool and beach area. Rooms could use upgrading, they were good enough for our stay.

The restaurants and the pools were great. We enjoyed them to their fullest.

At our arrival, the room didn’t had enough towels for the three of us and the beds were not as comfortable.
