We had been here before so it was great to see familiar faces. The common areas and balcony are a nice added plus. Our favorite part of this place is the view looking out from our room to the beach!

The hotel doesn't have AC but we knew that, and certainly not the hotels fault that it was unseasonably hot while we were there. Plus our room had two fans and windows and door that helped.

Great location (able to watch surf competition from the property), very welcoming staff (Xiomara is wonderful), close to shops and restaurants, safe and secure.

Very loud during the Guadalupe festival -Dec 12,2024 (not the fault of the property) with fireworks and music late into the night. Other nights were just fine

The staff and location are great. You are in the middle of the action so it can be a little noisy at times. I will return.

The noise every night till the morning from the night club in the beach and around without respect to the people And we stay in the palapa room and the room on top of us have a lot of noise every time. Was horrible can’t sleep.

Proximity to the beach - you could walk down in just a minute Ability to rent surf boards - for 200 pesos you could rent a board for the day. Then head down to the beach and surf. This made the process very easy Amazing view - watch surfers from the apartment. We spent a decent amount of time in the room during each day because it was an escape from the sun, you could feel the ocean breeze, and it had such a nice view. Even with the down sides listed below, we really enjoyed our stay.

Extremely loud on weekends - I mean extremely loud. There is a beach party bar directly outside. I think I now know what sleeping inside a night club would be like. Generally quite loud - on weekdays it is still somewhat noisy, with music always playing outside and loud vehicles. This was a bit more of an expected loudness because the location is so central. Misquitos - this apartment is not fully enclosed, which is kind of cool, but we did wake up with many new mosquito bites each morning. Sometimes hot water - this was not too important to us, but we were told if you wait long enough that there is hot water. We never managed to get any. It is so hot outside that a cold shower was kind of pleasant

The club downstairs was pretty loud pretty late. But earplugs were provided. That was nice

The staff are helpful and responsive and super nice. The view of the ocean from the terrace allows one to watch the waves and the surfers without going to the beach crowded with people and vendors. Sayulita is tiny, so everything is within walking distance.

Everything near the beach is close together, so it is loud at night. A mirror in the bathroom is needed. There is one next to the bathroom but no light near it. Drinkable water is not provided. This is not a relection of Casa Love: The description on Booking is not clear. Everything that is not your room or bathroom is a shared space like a hostel. Make sure to double-check which room in all those pictures is the one you are renting.

I have already stayed at Casa Love for the second time. I was warmly welcomed and greeted. Both Xiomara and the women who keep everything clean every day are extremely nice and courteous! Casa Love is located right on the beach with a wonderful terrace overlooking the beach and the vastness of the sea. I stayed in the 'Reina' room for almost a month and truly felt like a queen. The room is huge and very spacious. The private terrace is great and invites you to linger. My stay at Casa Love was excellent, and I will definitely come back!!

The only negative point is the noise at night. Since Casa Love is located in the center of Sayulita, there are several bars nearby where music (including karaoke) is played every night until 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning. Especially on weekends, the music can be very loud. Personally, the music did not bother me, and I got used to it. However, for people sensitive to noise, Casa Love might be less suitable.

For the price, I just don't see how you can complain about the noise. We loved the open air room. We loved watching the festivities on the beach and the market from our room. We had enough hot water. The location was great. We knew we there was going to be loud music on Saturday, and would choose that over being above the square anyday. Bring noise cancelling headphones and you'll be fine. Sunday there wasn't any music at all. The facilities were great, the view was great. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Communication can be hard when you arrive early, as the manager isn't always there. But she was so nice and helpful, and we lucked out with her being there.

Amazing location, beautiful views and friendly guests and hosts! Was nice to have access to a full kitchen and surfboards for rentals. They provided us with beach towels and a useful tote to use around town. Great WiFi too, we worked from the shared area a few times with no issues.

Everything was as advertised! Was a bit noisy on weekend nights but that’s expected with beachfront access. We wore earplugs the first night and after that we were used to music and it didn’t bother us. Otherwise exceeded our expectations!
