Beautiful resort, rooms are huge , food and drinks above average..

Too big, must wait for shuttle to go to room on side of mountain, small beach club area , typical resort , waiting in line for everything...concrete elephant , no cozyness or personnal warmth atmosphere, But still a beautiful resort...I will not go back...

Good location, but less mobile guests would need to take the regular shuttles from reception to the upper rooms and to the beach. Not a problem for us though. We liked the Mexican food, buffet style and with fish and selection of vegetables every day. Burgers and chips available separately, if that's your style. Rooms were comfortable, clean with plenty of space. Quiet and relaxing. Hotel is not in a very built up area and there's even a small river with plenty of local wildlife nearby, especially birds hunting fish.

Sometimes difficult to catch the waiters' eye and ask for a coffee or other drink at mealtimes. They always seemed busy doing other things - not their fault probably, but the way they organise their time. (Not the hotel's fault but...)beach is lovely but strong waves and undercurrent, so take care.

The facility and staff were great.. The rooms were very clean and overall exceeded our expectations.

What we didn't like was the process of making dinner reservations. We showed up at specified time to get a ticket to make another line to get the dinner voucher in all we were in line for almost an hour and a half. It was a very long and disorganized process that we didn't do again.

Decent for price

Not enough Carts, take forever specially to pick up from beach, they have 3 restaurant, one was under remodelation and for some reason they closed the other one so the only restaurant was packed... you need to wake up early to make your reservation everyday at 9am in case you want to have dinner at specialty restaurant

All round one of the better resorts for the value. Good food. Good drinks. Staff are amazing.

The gym was a bit dated. But honestly, this is a first world problem. Everything was awesome

Entire staff was fantastic! Room was spacious, shuttle service, meals all excellent. It was a perfect place for the family.

One night there was mislabeled food option- contained pork. (We don’t consume.)

Hardly anyone spoke English, resort didn’t take credit cards for tours or in their store. Beach and pool was a ways away, they did have golf carts to take you though.

everything was good. We had an amazing time and we enjoy our vacation. Israel Lopez the chef was an amazing guy. Definitely I will stay again in this hotel

only 2 things. you should offer more variety in the food. most of the time is the same food. and the shower of the room need a little of an update, when you took a shower bunch of water came out of the shower and the bathroom floor was full of water

one of my favorite places to stay in, especially if you are staying longer than two days. Great food whether you get it from the buffet or the restaurant they have they have amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The drinks were great and most of all the staff are all amazing and very attentive and really friendly. Overall if you are coming in a big group with family and friends Park Royal is a really great option specially if you plan on staying over for multiple days.

The staff were great and our balcony was large and beautiful.

The food in the buffet was very repetitive from meal to meal...,..would be nice to get more variety.
