Wonderful location in a quiet area of huatulco that’s still very accessible by taxi and only a few minutes to other busy hubs such as Santa Cruz or La Crucecita. A great area as there are many restaurants surrounding the villas for breakfast lunch and dinner. Walking distance to the closest beach. Pool is great. Very clean rooms and the staff are amazingly helpful, friendly, and always around if you need anything. Would absolutely come back!

The only downside was wifi accessibility in the smaller rooms. Not a huge problem overall though. A full length mirror in the small rooms might be an added bonus as well!

The property is small and cozy encouraging camaraderie among the vetting guests! The pool was small but nice! It was mixed with some children but not noisy!

The amenities were inconsistent from villa to villa! Insufficient cutlery and cooking utensils! Information was inconsistent’ All guests were not provided with the same info: eg; our party of two villas was not aware that breakfast was available for a fee. Also, water was provided free for some guests … we had one bottle complimentary then paid for each subsequent bottle! Those were irritants!

Arrival/check in was great. Silvia was super nice and attentive every time I saw her. Offered to call taxis for me and told me she knew the number for local pizza delivery since there isn't much out there in Tangolunda. (the property is a bit further away from the restaurants and downtown). If you like a quieter area away from too many people, this is perfect.

I little too far away from everything. Had to get a taxi about 4 times a day to go and come to breakfast and dinner. Luckily the taxi central is only steps away and never had to wait for one.

Staff were GREAT! Pool area was ideal for making new friends. Unit was spacious and well maintained. Quiet area close to restaurants and close by an inexpensive taxi ride to other attractions

A bit more room with shade around the pool would be nice. An update and restocking of dishes and utensils is due.

The villas were big enough, clean and close to tangolunda beach. Easy to get to town. The staff were very friendly. Facilities in general were good, however not parking lot

Noisy neighbours with high music till 9 pm, and the hotel didn't ask to get the volume down for the rest of the guest Was very annoying

Great location,plenty of room in the villa, nice large fridge/freezer,great sitting area/patio. Staff was super friendly(Loved Sylvie and Addy! They both deserve a pay raise!) Laundry service available.

Not a lot. Perhaps a few more hooks/shelves in the bathroom.

Nice and quiet boutique hotel! Staff very attentive, especially Sylvia and Lupita! Great location, beach 2 blocks away, lots of great restaurants close by. We had a later checkout ,which they gladly accomodated!

Some of the rooms were dark(room 9) Villa 1 and 7 back onto road, so can be noisy.

It’s very zen place and calm down zone The persons who work there were attentive and friendly the service was great

It’s far away from the main zone but you can get a car or motorcycle and can move a lot better

Our room had a back deck, it was great for observing Iguanas and tropical birds. The pool was a decent size for a swim. It seems like a very relaxed environment, there were many guests staying for longer periods.

Some information on how to get to the beach as it was lined with all inclusives and public access was not marked.

Staff was excellent and very helpful, condo was in very good condition, well designed and well kept up. We can tell the owner cares about the complex. Lots of water provided in room. We had some friendly Canadian neighbours, which was a plus. Staff being able to do laundry for us when asked was a helpful service.

Some basic amenities in room- salt, pepper and sugar ( staff provided salt when asked, borrowed sugar from neighbour). A bbq on the facility would be a nice addition. Pillows too firm for our liking.
