The check-in process was a breeze. You can take the bus right in front of the hotel if you're going downtown Puebla, so if you plan to go there it's a convenient option. The place in general was clean and comfortable, although there was a bit of noise in the morning from the outside traffic, but nothing too loud. The staff was helpful. It has a small playground for kids. Beds are OK.

Even though it's located in the downtown area, it's still a good 15-25 min walk if you want to go to the tourist attractions like the Main Square or the Virgen de los Remedios Church so it's something to consider if you plan to go out after sunset. Also, the facilities weren't in top condition, like the elevator which was OoS. Still, it was a good value for the days we stayed.

I was welcomed by two wery friendly ladies at the front desk, Vanesa and Graciela, when I first checked in. They were really kind and attentive. However on the checkout there was a mister who had a very unfriendly face. Can't say he was rude but he definitely did not seem happy there sort of speak. Although I completely understand everyone's temper and character can be rather different, I couldn't help but notice the stark contrast between those two moments. Just food for thought.

My room's door lock wouldn't always work right away. I had to slide in and out the cars multiple times before it actually unlocked the door.

Location: the property is close to Zocalo and Mercado Municipal just a few blocks away. It had private parking.

We were able to hear a lot of noise at night time. People going down the stairs with their luggages. Room did not have AC only a regular fan.

it is a very nice hotel, updated and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a street- view room, but the windows blocked any noise. Pool is heated. The Booking.com special rate made it an excellent choice.

Pool area was a bit dingy. No seating once you got out. Both minor complaints.

Very clean, friendly staff, good food, my kids loved it!!

The restaurant was closed for dinner, we needed to make sure to pick up food from outside for dinner.

Great large room, very comfortable and clean. Only issue was that whenever the upstairs people moved their chairs, the scraping noise could wake you up and the pipes were noisy when an adjacent room used the water. We didn't have breakfast there, so can't comment. Location was great, close to the market and a 7 minute walk to Plaza Concorde

Noise from other rooms was the only issue.

rooms are big, tv was new and lots of channels not like most hotels in mexico, shower is very good, pool is great

no chairs or lounge chairs at pool, i am baffled why they just don’t buy 4. my guess when no chairs, no one will use the pool. also no way bar and restaurant should close at 2:30pm. that is a head scratcher

The room and hotel were very clean. Front desk staff were helpful with transportation information. Ladies did a great job of cleaning the room daily.

Location was convenient

Sometimes cleaning staff kinda rushed you to clean the room but the service was great and impecable.

Everything was pretty good.

The restaurant is open after 8 o’clock in the morning it’s should be early then that, at least 7 o’clock
