We moved to this hotel halfway through our stay in Cholula because our other accommodations were too noisy and loud. Our room at Estrella de Belem was by contrast perfectly clean and comfortable and silent. We slept amazingly and had a wonderful stay! The view from the rooftop was also a huge plus.

It was a little annoying not to have our own key to the front door of the hotel. But having the staff open it each time was not a problem, they were always there :)

Great location very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. We had suite 2 which was lovely. Liked the nespresso machine in the room, and luckily we have loads of nespresso pods with us (you can purchase them). Loved the pool area with the gorgeous view of the volcano and town.

The room was very cold and the water was tepid at best. When I mentioned this to the manager last night he replied “well it’s hot in the kitchen”. I was tempted to pop along with my wash bag.

We made a very last minute booking and stayed for just one night but this was a great place. The room was huge - very clean and comfortable and we slept very well. Perfect location in the centre of town.

We couldn’t make the bath work (but we should’ve called Reception and asked for help)!

Location was wonderful. The room was spacious. There was a small rooftop pool we did not use. There is a beautiful view from the rooftop. The hotel is on a Main Street yet quiet. The staff was wonderful especially Daniel.

Tv had intermittent problems. Bathroom was on second floor of room.

We loved the location, food, cleanliness, and decor. What a special place!

We did feel bad coming and going later in the evening after 10pm because staff would have to get the door for us coming in and letting us out as well.

Wide and comfortable rooms. Very nice property. Staff very attentive.

We made a breakfast reservation, however the table was not reserved for us. The staff needed to clean a previously used table. All the rest was nice.

Gorgeous bedroom and bathroom with a nice big jacuzzi bath. Loved the style of the room apart from the leather couch in the corner. Felt like it didn’t suit the style of the room. Staff were lovely and the food was very tasty. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the pyramid.

It was beyond what I was hoping for in all of the best ways. Staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Property is close to everything. Very clean and nice. Rooftop pool nice as well. Very relaxing. When I left I had to catch an early flight out of Mexico City and they arranged an early cab and woke me up, had coffee to go ready for me. A phenomenal experience and I plan on returning with my family ❤️

Food and staff were top notch. Very helpful with suggestions and any problems that came up. If we had an issue, which was rare the staff solved it immediately. The rooms were beautiful. Especially the master suite.

It’s noisy. But the location is worth it.

The check-in was quick, and the room was wonderful. The indoor garden is really beautiful, and the staff was super nice. They brought us nieve de guanabana (soursop sorbet) when we checked in! We didn’t check out the pool, but the breakfast was delicious. Also, the location was perfect for our one day stay to explore Cholula.
