Location very close to the center and walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The staff speaks english and very accomodating . Available safe parking inside the property . The building still new and clean

The bathroom/ shower ground doesn’t have curb to hold the water so after shower the water leak to the main room . Fortunately the management responded quick and replaced us with the better room and the new room has a curb to hold the water

Ultra modern building and very helpful staff who helped us with a reservation. Efficient and easy valet parking with car kept just inside the building. One room very quiet inner courtyard, the other with a little street noise. Sleek modern design extremely clean. Very central to the archaeological zone lots of great little coffee shops and eateries nearby. Nice bar with delicious cocktails

Nice spatious and clean room in a loft style. Cool modern hotel decor, space and glass, large viewing terraces. Very kind and friendly staff. A fantastic place to rest and relax, nice cafes and restaurants close to the hotel, beautiful and picturesque streets of a fairy-tale town.

Air conditioning didn’t work, fortunately it wasn’t extremely hot in April, when we were there.

New hotel, with an exquisite combination of the old structure with modern design. Best location in town, very comfortable rooms, need to share that restrooms do not have doors but a curtain and we had 3 minors in one room so might be bit uncomfortable when there are more than a couple, there was not an issue for us. The only down size to the hotel is that there is no AC as most places in the area, but they did not even had fans and the weather outside was hoy and the rooms were warm at night…other that this, the hotel to stay in this area.

They where amazing the room was always clean! Excellent customer service, everyone was so attentive and friendly! Will definitely stay again!

the pool and attention

It doesn't handle air conditioning, it's the first time I've had a hotel that they check the room before checking out, I arrived to check out and I told them that I consumed to make the charge and they told me that they would check 🤨, h never happened to me in any hotel, so weird. The corner of the bed is dangerous, my daughter and husband hit each other

Everything was really nice, the location, the property, and customer service was the BEST! The whole building is very asterisk and modern, beautiful. It has a very nice roof view ! Everything is very close. And we really loved the customer service, they helped us with everything extra we needed.

- Great design around the hotel, pool, rooms. - Location in the centre and a few minutes away from the archeological site. - Friendly helpful staff. - Decent variety at the breakfast. - Nice pool when not crowded.

- The pool is relatively small. It hasn't been crowded, but if it could easily feel so if more than 4 people were there.

The location was perfect as closed to the beautiful tourists site and the downtown with lots of restaurants

That they did not have a restaurant in the hotel. I usually like to get room service.

Hotel Tila is an upscale hotel in a great location for the Cholula archaeological site. Very welcoming staff. The room was quiet, very comfortable and extremely clean. Across from the hotel there is a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner place. There is a nightly jazz bar above the restaurant, very cool.
